Beautiful 3br Home with Pool 2.3 miles from EAA
We are 2.3 miles from the EAA grounds in a quiet subdivision. We completely renovated the first floor, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and living room. We have a above ground pool and private half bb court in backyard. Gas grill is available. We have a 3 stall garage for anything needing to be shipped in.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with a private bath
Bedroom 2 has a Queen adjustable platform bed with a shared bathroom
Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with a shared bathroom
Basement is finished with a half bathroom and a Queen  size Murphy’s bed.  A queen size air mattress is available if needed.
