Pleasant accommodation in the countryside near futuroscope and Poitevin marsh

Beautiful new 35 m² accommodation with a fenced garden, in a peaceful green setting. Located 45 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 45 from Puy du Fou. The ocean will welcome you for swimming an hour away. You will also find the Poitevin marshes with beautiful boat trips 35 minutes from this cottage.

The accommodation includes:
- a kitchen area with a large fridge and all the necessary equipment
- a living room dining room with a large TV sofa
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a 140 bed
A washing machine and a large outdoor clothes line is at your disposal.

You will also find a garden furniture with its barbecue to enjoy the pleasant garden which surrounds you as well as private parking for your vehicle.

It is ideal for a couple without children or with a young child. We provide baby necessities (high chair, cot, potty, deckchair, bathtub ...)
