About this property

Casa Chivato. Secluded ocean front house at remote beach community

Privately owned house available for vacation or business rental. This is our family vacation home and we want to share this wonderful retreat with others. Private ocean front home with view of water, mountains and wildlife.
The house faces the south on Bahia Santa Inez on the Sea of Cortez. Dolphins, pelicans and other sea life can be enjoyed for your own porch. Come enjoy secluded beach vacation with luxury amenities.

Sleep seven with two ocean view master bedrooms. The house is equipped with with a high capacity solar system and back up generator. This location is perfect for a secluded getaway with lots of activities nearby. This community is located 10 miles off highway 1. It can also be reached by boat, commercial airlines at Loreto airport, or on the private landing strip.
Activities include fishing tours, village shopping, sightseeing, and ancient cave painting tours. Nearby boat launch. There is even a nine hole "desert lynx" free golf course.

Included in the house is kayak, desert golf clubs, beach toys, snorkel gear and outdoor BBQ. House includes RV/ boat garage, fully stocked kitchen. Air mattresses and cots can be used for overflow

A beach to ourselves

We had a grand time at Casa Chivato. We had the beach to ourselves. We kayaked compliments of the owner. The kitchen was stocked and we were gifted a spaghetti dinner. A microwave and bread toaster would have been nice to have too. There are fishermen selling door to door fresh fish fillets and shrimps. Make sure you bring your vegetables and everything you need with you when you come as th nearest store is miles away in the next town. We did, and we had a great time!
