With an ideal location, this one of a kind three level town home that sleeps 10 is literally next door to the slopes, ski rentals, restaurants, shopping and all the action of Snowmass. No car needed, but there is one assigned parking spot and access to additional parking for $10/day. Heated pool and hot tub is less than 20 steps from the front door. This newly remodeled home comes with free wifi, flat screen tv’s, premium cable service, Italian linens, down pillows and duvets, Carrera marble bathrooms, granite countertops, gourmet kitchen, and two fireplaces.

The master suite comes with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, king size Tempurpedic bed, private deck, walk in closet, and sitting area. The bathroom contains a large tub, separate shower and large vanity with two sinks.

The second master bedroom comes with a flat screen TV, queen size bed, private deck, and closet. The bathroom has a combination bath and shower and is where the clothes washer and dryer are conveniently located.

The third master bedroom, on the second floor comes with a flat screen TV, queen size bed, private deck, and closet. The bathroom contains a combination tub shower.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two twin beds and a closet. The shared bathroom contains a combination tub shower.

The open living and dining room has a flat screen TV, stereo, wood burning fireplace, ample seating, and a large dining room table. The gourmet kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook great meals, including a gas stove. Two sliding doors open onto a large 260 square foot deck that overlooks a small stream (summer time). The deck also has a gas grill.

The front door opens into a large mudroom with plenty of storage for everyone’s gear. Half bath between entry and living room.
This home is perfect for the large family or group that wants to avoid driving hassles and be located in the heart of Snowmass.

Great multifamily ski in-ski out property

Great house with multiple bedrooms for a multiple or large family vacation. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen is very well appointed. Deb was extremely responsive to questions we had.

Incredible Family Vacation

My family and I had an incredible stay, and Deb was incredibly responsive and immensely helpful. The house was stocked perfectly and the layout was incredible for seven adults and two kids. Walking distance to ski in ski out an incredible location in Snowmass. Would recommend again and again.

Great stay and location!

Deb was absolutely phenomenal in communication, one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She and her husband went above and beyond to help us with any of our needs during out stay. Our family had an amazing time in this home because of the location, it's a 1 min walk to the mountain which leads to the main Gondola. Incredible for families skiing.

Great location in Snomass!

This was great unit for our family and friends. It's perfect for those that want to ski and enjoy the Snowmass mall and village area. It's just steps away from the slopes and a short walk to the mall area where non-skiers could shop, eat and relax. There's a couple of hot tubs right next to the unit, which is nice as well. I would definitely stay there again. The host was helpful and property staff were available to assist with any requests that came up.

2020 Covid Ski Trip

This unit is older, but renovated nicely and extremely close to the slopes, the upper village of Snowmass and parking extra cars. The kitchen is very efficient and works well along with the main dinning area. Would definitely rent again, the price was far for a unit this close to everything. Finally and very big point is we rented this unit for March 2020 and Covid closed the resorts. The owner agreed to hold the rental payment and apply it for the 2021 year. VERY much appreciate owners who know what is the fair thing to do for their clients. One suggestion would be to install more hocks to hang towels etc. in the bed and bathrooms.

Great Location

Good property with the location being the best feature for our family. Easy access to the slopes, great hot tub, fully equipped and remodeled kitchen (minus basic spices and extra hand towels). Very private and quiet unit. Entry way provided sufficient room for boots and ski coats. We had a problem with plumbing in one bathroom drain (previously mentioned in a review) and found some basic maintenance oversights such as loose stair railings and living room fireplace gas line was partially clogged. On-site parking is limited to one vehicle, $10/day for additional cars.

SNOWMASS EXPERIENCE

This is an older property although kitchen & baths updated. Upon arrival, no parking permit as stated, screen door leaning against patio door (looked like a trailer park) at least 10 light bulbs were replaced, fireplace full of ashes, no receptacle for ashes, rug in main area very soiled, bathtub drain broken, front door rug tattered, a very stained white wash cloth. Kitchen dishes, pots & pans well furnished. Adequate furniture. Bedrooms & baths comfortable. Living area needs an update. Good location. Art work atrocious.

Wonderful stay!

During a recent June week, we came to Snowmass Village for a family reunion and Sonnenblick 6 was our base. My husband and I plus 4 adult children had a wonderful time and all were pleased with the condo and it’s central location and amenities. The living + kitchen and dining’s open plan was a spacious, lovely place to gather and share meals at the beginning and end of the day. Very quiet location, yet within walking distance to Snowmass Mall for shopping, and also the slopes for summer walks or mountain biking. Oh, and fantastically comfortable beds!!

Great Family Trip

We enjoyed a great trip over spring break. They were great to work with and the location was perfect. 40 yards to ski down to lifts and 40 feet to hot tub. Would definitely stay here again

Sonnenblick 6 ski trip was a success

We had 2 families of 4, and stayed the week of New Years. We loved the unit. The beds were comfortable in all the rooms, and I don’t know why someone complained about one of the sets of twin beds... all 4 kids slept well, and everyone had their own space, too. The unit is “ski-in” with enough snow, and it’s only a short walk to the slope otherwise. The 2 master BR on the 3rd floor provided plenty of privacy for the adults, and the beds and bedding were really comfortable, too. WIFI and technology worked great, and the kitchen was well appointed. The unit also has plenty of bathrooms, and no one was ever waiting for use. And, the mud room at the main entrance was key... it made all the difference with 8 active skiers and our corresponding gear. This unit isn’t Ritz Carlton luxurious, but it is perfect for a family ski trip with room up to 10 people. We’d definitely stay again.

Great family vacation!

Great location to the Snowmass mall and Skittle gondola to basecamp for grandchildren’s ski lessons. Comfortable townhome.... 8 of us had great space to gather and dine. Our only complaint is two twin mattresses are rock hard and no one wanted to sleep in that bedroom. Others were comfortable. Jennifer is very responsive to any issues ...our dishwasher was not functioning and she did her best to correct. We would recommend this townhouse to any family. I would of rated it a 5 if it were not for the two twin mattresses. Thank you Jennifer!!

Two families with a total of 7 people. The 5 bedrooms were more than enough space! Very comfortable kitchen, living/dining area, with a great outdoor patio! Very helpful and attentive property manager as well. We will be back!

Great space and location

This property is roomy and easy to access. We stayed for a week with a group of 7 but had lots of family also on the slopes. We hosted lunch for skiers and a pizza party for 20 with ease. It was a simple walk to the mall to exchange skis, shop or find a restaurant.

Very Good Place

In general we felt very good. The social area was big enough for us and the terrace and barbecue grills were great and very big. The rooms little bit small and sharing bathrooms some quite inconvienient. But in general great house, great location to the snowmass mall and to fanny hill. Literally 30 steps away from sking in and out.

Everything a family needs for great skiing and making great memories! 2 thumbs up, way up!!!!!

The condo is very roomy and we'll furnished. 50 steps to the slopes and ski right to the main lifts and village. Can ski right to front door under the right conditions. Master suite is very roomy and comfortable as are all the bedrooms. Bathrooms were great, never ran out of hot water. Pool and hot tube are maybe 15 steps away and parking spot was primo. 2 minute walk to main village with restaurants, shops, ski rentals, lift tickets, etc. I will go back, worth every penny!!!!!!

The PERFECT Ski house for familes or groups of friends.

We stayed at the house for a week in Feb and had a blast. The five bedrooms are great to have family and friends. The location cannot be beat. Close to snowmass village and steps from the slopes. You really cannot ask for a better spot.

Perfect place for family ski vacation!

This property was the perfect location and layout for our recent family ski vacation. It was truly ski in and ski out. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals together. After a long day of skiing it was so enjoyable to sit and watch movies or play games by the wood burning fireplace! Restaurants in the village were all within walking distance as well as rentals and shopping! I highly recommend this property for any family wanting to take in all that Aspen Snowmass has to offer!

Perfect for any family of all ages

We have stayed there twice: fox visits back door; great decor; great fireplace; decks; best hot tub ever 30 steps away;listing and photos very accurate; very clean, well maintained; owners had all the answers;would highly recommend to friends and former dictators; you never need to get in the car/bus/shuttle for anything except grocery store as restaurants/bars/rentals, all just down the steps in hte village. Ready to go again!!!

My brother, sister, and I own this unit. Our father was the original purchaser, so it has been in our family since 1967. We grew up coming to Snowmass and loved it so much so that we all wanted our children to have the same experience. Now they are all young adults who love to come here too.

Why they chose this property

It's the perfect location for the family that wants to ski, hot tub and relax, or the family that wants to pick up from ski school, build a snowman at the front door, eat in and relax. Either way, it's prime location and easy access to everything. Walking distance to Upper Village restaurants like Il Poggio, The Stew Pot, Zanes Tavern, Tasters Pizza and a Skittles ride away from all Base Village restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This is probably the largest home located in the heart of Snowmass. One block walk to rent skis, buy lift tickets, go shopping, and eat out. The free Aspen shuttle bus is two blocks away. You do not need a car, but there is one parking space that come with the unit. Additional parking available. Heated Pool and two Hot Tubs less than 20 steps from front door.
