Morbihan: large family house between the beach and the heath of the wild coast

Family house located on the edge of Fozo beach, on a 2000m2 wooded plot, at the start of the wild coast and near the lively little port of Portivy. Composed of a 45m2 living / dining room with a fireplace, a TV screen, a DVD player and a HIFI system, it also offers an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and WC on the ground floor, as well as five bedrooms, a bathroom and WC on the 1st floor. The house has been fitted out for children: safety barriers at the top and bottom of the stairs, high chair, playpen, bed, toys. The garden furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers, barbecue, parasol) is placed on the terrace at the back of the house, as well as on the (grassy) one facing the sea. Four bikes and a ping pong table are available in the garage, which also has an additional fridge, washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with WIFI, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. The linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, hand and bath towel, tea towel) is provided as an optional rental.
In a quiet environment, outside the housing estate, on the edge of a family-friendly beach, it is however close to many leisure sites: horse riding, tennis, sailing, etc. The Port of Portivy, with its three restaurants and bars, is particularly appreciated by tourists from the peninsula.
The house is classified 3 * by the organization "1,2,3,4,5 Etoiles de France" (official classification of tourist accommodation)
