From the bay window you can contemplate the sea. Living room and spacious and equipped kitchen, bathroom with 2 showers and separate toilet. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: bedroom n ° 1 double bed, bedroom n ° 2 double bed, bedroom n ° 3, 2 bunk beds (4 people) suitable for children. On this floor there is also a shower room and 1 separate toilet. The house is on a closed plot of 1000m2 with a beautiful terrace equipped with teak table and chairs, and 8 sunbathing areas facing south with a heated swimming pool of 9x5 in function (only in high season) we leave our 2 sea kayaks at your disposal.
