December 27, 2025 through January 3, 2026 still available at the Sebastian Resort, located in the heart of Vail Village between the iconic Sonnenalp Resort and Solaris Plaza. An ice skating rink, luxury and boutique shopping, chic bowling alley, art galleries and restaurants are just steps away. Not to mention Vail's epic ski mountain made fully accessible with the Sebastian's ski valet to carry all your gear. This large 3 bedroom plus 4 bath penthouse condo enjoys iconic views to the ski mountain and features a great room with cathedral ceilings and stone fireplace, a fabulously appointed gourmet kitchen and comfortable dining area. The main level primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower, while the lower level offers two large bedrooms, with two queen beds each and full bathroom with bath/shower combos, large closets. All rooms have TVs, desks/chairs, large closets outfitted with robes, slippers, a safe and humidifiers. Up-to-date designer furnishings complete the beautiful aesthetics of this property and, along with a washer/dryer, pull-out queen sleeper sofa, all linens, towels and toiletries, daily snacks and bottled water your stay will be hassle free. Daily light clean up and turn-down service are included in the resort fee of $500. The ice cream on the cake, so to speak, are the well thought out amenities including an outdoor heated pool with 4 hot-tubs, a delightful spa, Frost Bar with nightly live entertainment, Leonora's Restaurant offering room service as well as sit down meals, fitness center, valet parking, free wi-fi and full concierge service. If you are travelling with kids, you will welcome the Teen Room with arcade and "Tots" Room with kids' activities, so you can relax!

The location is ideal - you won't need a car. Nine restaurants, 5 art galleries and dozens of shops are steps from the Sebastian. It is only an 8-minute stroll to Gondola One, the main lift on Vail Mountain. Next door, take the family to BOL (a chic bowling alley with dining service and full bar) - all part of Solaris Plaza which hosts Vail's ice skating rink adjacent to the Sebastian.

it was lovely and having the 3rd bathroom was a true bonus!

The shuttle was not as convenient and easy to access to the ski valet as I thought it would be- we walked to and fro which was lovely since we weren't in ski boots but sometimes I wish we didn't have to. No one ever made it clear how to access the shuttle. When we arrived VERY late at night there was no one at the front desk so we had to wait 15 minutes to find someone to get us a key. They had humidifiers which was a bonus and snacks every night from housekeeping.

Love the Sebastian and Love this Unit!

There is nothing at all negative to write about the Sebastian or the 3BR 4BA unit that we rented via VRBO/Home Away. Perfect place for my wife and our two teenagers. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed at The Sebastian in the summer and we can’t recommend it enough. Everything there is to do in Vail is a 5-15 min walk from your room. The Sebastian staff is absolutely top notch and will make you feel welcome from the second you drive up to the entrance. There is no place else in Vail for our family.

Great location and perfect for an in town skiing experience!

We rented the two bedroom three bathroom condo. This is a great option because you get all the benefits of staying in the Sebastian Hotel, like valet parking, room service, daily housekeeping, a bar, etc. and your own kitchen. The Base Camp ski service was great. Condo was nice and well appointed. We would rent it again.

When the Sebastian was completed in 2008, it was the first brand-new resort in Vail in 22 years and I was given the opportunity to own and manage some of the rentals in this high-end fractional property in the heart of Vail Village! The Sebastian has everything my guests look for and need when visiting Vail: proximity to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants, art galleries...amazing service and high end amenities...along with beautiful decor and comfort.

Why they chose this property

It is a beautiful property offering excellent customer service, along with great amenities: on-mountain ski valet, pool, hot-tubs, spa, fitness center, on-site restaurant, lobby bar with live music, housekeeping and full concierge service, kids' activities, business center... I knew this was going to provide the comfort and luxuries that we have come to enjoy and expect in Vail!

What makes this property unique

The Sebastian is known for providing excellent customer service, including on-mountain ski valet called Base Camp, which is next to Vail Mountain's 10-person, high-speed Gondola One. You don't have to hassle with carrying your skis, boots and poles. Sebastian's valet service will take them to Base Camp where you can easily get on the "Gondie". The Sebastian is turn-key, offering convenience and luxury in one package!
