ROSEMARY BEACH - South of 30A - Abaco on the Green Carriage House

South of 30A carriage house located in Rosemary Beach with two free bikes! Enjoy your coffee on the quiet porch area every single morning.

Clean, gorgeous and the PERFECT location. The beach is a 1 minute walk to walkover A. Playground is a 30 second walk from the property and the closest homeowners pool is a 1 minute walk from the property. This property sits on a coveted homeowners green and is perfect for relaxing, a picnic or letting the kids run around.

Garage Parking:
Rosemary Beach is a small quaint town, but does not have a large amount of parking. Carriage house comes with one garage parking spot as well as a driveway spot (unheard of in this community!). Please note that parking is tight in Rosemary Beach, whether it be in the garage spot, the driveway or street parking.

Laundry:
Washer and dryer are located in the garage near the parking spot. Unlimited detergent is available for our guests.

Main Floor:
Up a set of stairs brings you to the carriage house which houses the eating area, small kitchen, porch, bathroom and sitting/television area. A NEW pull out queen sofa bed awaits your arrival and is perfect for your little ones to sleep in.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is recently updated, quaint, but adequate.

Second Floor King Room:
Follow the stairs up to the loft where you will find a king bed and mounted television for your stay. The stairs curve up to the second floor. Although you cannot see the bedroom area from the first floor, there is no door to the sleeping area.

Swimming Pools:
Rosemary Beach is home to several homeowner/guest pools. The pools available are Coquina, Barbados, Cabana and Sky pool. Coquina pool is the closest to the carriage house and approximately one minute walk from the home. Abaco on the Green has a private swimming pool that is reserved for our main home renter.
