Overview of The Property

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two double beds (sleeps 4) and a 55 Inch smart television. On the same floor, there is a daybed (sleeps 1) and a set of custom built, adult size bunk beds with twin XL mattresses (sleeps 2). Additionally, there is a full size bath on this floor. This entire level has porcelain, wood-style tile throughout. This level has direct access to the pool area, including a covered lanai with a 55 inch smart television, ample outdoor seating, and a large gas grill.

The second floor is the main living level of the house and features a wrap around covered porch that can be accessed from every room on this level, with rocking chairs throughout overlooking a lovely lagoon. On this level, you will find a large family room with coffered ceilings, a fireplace, plenty of seating, pocket doors for privacy, and a 55 inch smart television and a pull out sofa (sleeps 2 and can be closed off at night). The dining area and kitchen have an open layout with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, dining for 18 , an extra lounge/seating area, and a 55 inch smart television. There is also a half bath, laundry room, and pantry on this level. This entire level has a mix of hardwood and stone floors throughout.

The three remaining bedrooms can all be found on the third floor. All of these bedrooms have direct access to a wrap around covered porch with outdoor seating identical to the one found on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), a fireplace, a 55 inch smart television, and a private bath with both a shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has two double beds (sleeps 4), a 55 inch smart television, and a private full bath with a stand up shower. The third bedroom has two full size beds (sleeps 4), a 55 inch smart television, and a private bath with a combination tub/shower.

Overview of The Singleton Beach Community

Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).

*There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like.

**The town hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including a firework display every Tuesday night during the summer that is best viewed from the Shelter Cove Community Park directly behind Shelter Cove Towne Center.

It can be operated and ridden by adults only and at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if elevator fee is paid it does not guarantee guest use. Although we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking, this is a house with multiplelevels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs this property may not be a good fit for you.
