Newly renovated condo provides a direct, private ramp to the beach from its huge deck . Located in the quiet area of North Ocean City, this rental is within short walking distance to the bus, shopping, banking, restaurants, and North Park (the crown jewel of Ocean City Park system). Each condo is allotted two reserved parking spaces. Washer and drier provided, and bed linens and towels are available. Large kitchen is fully equipped for casual or detailed cooking and dining.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you opt to use my towels and bed linens, they must be washed, dried and returned to their original storage shelf before leaving at the end of your vacation
All beach chairs and umbrellas must be wiped clean of sand and stored in the storage locker on the deck. HOA board rules do not permit beach equipment to be exposed on decks.
Remove all personal items and food from condo before leaving, so next renter has a clean condo. Additionally, if you opted to use the convenience supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.) please restock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Max people in apartment and on deck is six. Renter must be 25 or older and reside in condo.
Rentals are strongly suggested for adult occupants. Any damage to floors, walls or furniture will result in assessment against security deposit.
In order to provide a quality environment for all renter, the apartment will be closely inspected for damage after each renter's departure.
