The Chatham House is a privately-owned 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation home located in the famed Pinehurst #6 - just minutes away from the Village of Pinehurst shops and restaurants.

This home-away-from-home features plush beds, hotel quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Whether you have come to play some of the best golf courses in the world or have come for a fun family vacation, the Chatham House is your place to stay! Also great for Doctors and Nurses as First Health hospital is just minutes away.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed. Full size closet (sleeps 1-2)

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub, walk in closet (sleeps 2-4)

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, full size closet (sleeps 1-2)

Hall: full size bathroom with shower/tub

Dining room table seats 6-8

Kitchen eat in area sets 4

Microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric range oven, toaster, coffee maker

Laundry room with washer and dryer

Closets for storage in all bedrooms as well as hallway

Deck on the back of the house with grill to sit and relax after a day of golf or to watch the kids play.

On a cul de sac so if traveling with kids it is a great place to ride bikes and play outside.

Beautiful and quiet stay!

We stayed in the area for our daughter's wedding. The house was well furnished and supplied, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would definitely come back!

We were in town for a family event and this was a great location… quiet, nice neighborhood. Some of us took walks and it was safe and pleasant. The bedroom configuration worked perfect for us (one queen bedroom, another with 2 queen beds plus attached bathroom, 3rd bedroom had 2 twins.) We made coffee first thing but ate out everyday. Lots of great choices within a short drive. Highly recommend this property.

reunion

We rented this to be able to go to our family reunion. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The teens loved the fact that the boys had a room and my granddaughter had her own room. The pingpong table and the cornhole boards were a plus as the kids loved them. I would definitely recommend this.

Great everything....

The "Chatham House" deserves a five-star rating. I've been going to Pinehurst for the last 22 years and have rented/stayed at quite a few places. This, hands down, was there best place we've stayed at. The house clean, the manager is very congenial and communicative. You will be very pleased if you rent this home.

Family wedding

Host was responsive to messages and questions even prior to our stay- very hospitable! We were in town for a family wedding, and of course most rental homes in this area are set up for “golf trips” but this home suited our needs and was close to town while also quiet.

Wonderful Pinehurst Experience

The Chatham House was perfect for our family, staying a total of 7 nights and sleeping 6-8 people. Our family met up here at the house from different states to celebrate my Dad’s 75th birthday. We were just minutes from downtown Pinehurst, staying for the 2022 Armed Forces Cup. We LOVED playing Legacy Links, Pinehurst #3, #2 & #4….also loved playing tennis at 2 very nice public hard courts at Rassie Wicker Park, just minutes from the house. We had a great time enjoying the fireplace and ping pong table, and just spending quality time together. The property owners were a joy to communicate with. Thanks for a cherished week, always.

Close to everything

We loved the quiet neighborhood that was far enough away, yet close enough to everything. The hosts were great communicators and we thoroughly enjoyed the home. Rooms are large and can accommodate a group. Nice backyard space and deck with mood lighting. Very clean! It was a fabulous stay!

Wonderful Home

This is a wonderful home. Very clean and comfortable. The home has every amenity you could possibly want or need. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. The owner is great to deal with and very responsive to any messages or issues that might arise.
