'Area of picturesque walks, with river at the bottom of the valley, 2 kms from the center of Ermua, 3 kms from the motorway entrance, and 25 kms from Lekeitio beach. 30 minutes from Bilbao and 35 minutes from San Sebastián. The house is renovated and furnished, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, large kitchen, TV room, and bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. '
