My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, quiet, walking distance to Scottsdale restaurants & shops, and easy access when we wanted to drive elsewhere. We loved the outdoor deck to eat a quiet lunch and listen to the local birds.

Excellent location with plenty to do in the immediate area and easy access to freeways to get anywhere else around the greater Phoenix area. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space. Some minor inconveniences with light fixture above laundry and patio door lock but nothing that detour us from returning.

Loved our stay at the Speak Easy! We had 5 in our group and had plenty of space, condo was modern, clean and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. All kitchen supplies were high end, nice cutlery, pots/pans and dishes. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Fold out couch was extremely comfortable and we had plenty of linens, etc. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great location, OK unit

The location of this condo can’t be beat - easy walking distance to oldtown Scottsdale, shops, restaurants and museums. The unit though, looks like an old condo that was given about ten coats of white paint and filled with furniture from Target. Even the backsplash in the kitchen is chipping white paint, exposing the original tile. Honestly not a big deal that it’s an older unit but the price is deceiving. Would also be good to note that the pool is not heated (or at least it was ice cold when we were there).

This was a great condo for our 10-day stay in Scottsdale. It was spacious and the location was great--within an easy walk to Old Town. The reason for the "4" rating instead of a "5" is that the neighbor in the unit below us was a smoker...we knew this because he would go outside to smoke, which made spending time on our balcony much less enjoyable. Fortunately, we never smelled the smoking when we were indoors!

Perfect location just south of Scottsdale. Many restaurants, shopping, music venues all a walkable distance from the condo. Beautifully appointed , new and clean. Only con, King size mattress is extremely firm.

Excellent location and nice condo. Only issue: We were promised a covered parking space and after moving car to 3 different parking spots & receiving notes that we were in wrong spot with threat of towing, we finally just moved to a open outdoor common parking spot. Management assisted in a timely manner, however, did not resolve or ever follow up.

Our home owner will be getting this condo a designated parking space here within the month. So parking will no longer be an issue in the future. I'm very sorry that we were not able you a designated space throughout your stay.
