A beautiful original house warm and bright facing south with a canopy overlooking a natural garden of 1300m2.
Family house with beautiful spaces: living room, reading corner, dining room and separate fitted kitchen. 3 rooms on the floor and in the rdc a room with a click clac.
Ecological construction of 2009 with healthy materials: monomur bricks, terracotta floor in the ground floor and polished concrete on the floor
Bioclimatic design with a south facing glass roof and a courtyard to the north
Solar panel for hot water, heating to the stove of Mass.
Natural garden without pesticides, aromatic plants, covers soil, fruit trees.
A sound system is on hand to relax or liven up your parties! So bring your smartphone!
Housekeeping is to be done before your departure.
Housekeeping option possible: 40 € for 2 persons or 55 € beyond
Option bed linen: 6 € per person
Advise in advance of the chosen options that will be settled upon arrival.
