Enjoyable location with lots to do.

We enjoyed the location because there were many places close by to eat. We did lots of sight seeing in the area and saw whales from the balcony, it was pretty cool.

I absolutely loved this property!! Steven is extremely friendly, accommodating, and fast to respond. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are spacious and amazing views. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic resort!

We loved this property. All of the rooms have been updated and we got a huge ocean view on the north side of floor five. The condo was very spacious with a king bed and a queen sized pull out couch for our daughter. The pool and ocean were amazing, even the food at the restaurant was decent. We will definitely be back!

Ka’anapali Beach Club

Beautiful property with excellent location and great amenities. Had a few technical issues with check-in, but the resort management responded promptly and even gave us a few “mahalo bucks” to spend at local restaurants. Our host Steven was outstanding - responded promptly to questions and provided plenty of information. A wonderful stay on Maui all around!

Great place to vacation

We really loved our stay here. Even though there was no stove the room had a rice cooker and an electric skillet so we were able to cook. Our favorite part was the huge hot tub. Checking in could have been smoother. Trenovation was not under our name so

Great Place To Stay

We had an amazing time! This unit was perfect with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool with the wrap around balcony. The unit was clean and spacious. The resort also had activities that you’re able to do, like mini golf, ping pong, lei making and other things on different days. Some activities have a small fee. The pool also has a small water slide that my kids loved. The unit has a refrigerator and microwave which came in handy and free use of washing machines and dryers. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we’ll be back again. Thank you!

An absolutely lovely getaway

This property exceeded all my expectations. The host and property staff were both friendly, available, welcoming, and helpful. The property offered far more amenities than a much more expensive alternative resort on Maui which we also experienced during our stay. A spacious room with a gorgeous view, free laundry facilities, several daily activities at no or low cost, a very reasonably priced onsite cafe/restaurant, nearby food trucks, a quiet beach (even during Spring Break - with good snorkeling just steps from the property), a great pool with lots of lounge chairs that was never crowded…everything was just wonderful. The property is very clean and exceptionally well maintained. A clear winner - we would love to return.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean view

We loved our stay and this 5th floor unit had a small balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The checkin process was not smooth. The reservation was in the owners name, not ours! The front desk had to call the owner to get an OK. Luckily he answered and it worked out. The front desk made us feel quite uncomfortable at first.

Thanks for the review. I apologize for the mix-up on check in. When updated in Diamond's (now Hilton's) system it has always gone straight into the resort system. Great property, excellent view, room is ok

The view is excellent. Not a wrap around balcony like I envisioned, but a corner room, so lots of peace and quiet as long as you don't mind staring at your neighbors who are on their balconies as well...no privacy here, but we didn't mind. Although the property claims to be sanitized, there were hairs on the bathroom celing(?!) that were there at check in, and dirt and food in the pullout couch. Additionally, the shower did not drain. All issues were corrected by housekeeping or maintenance upon request-very responsive. The only other issue we had was people reserving chairs at the pool. There are rules that there are time limits, but there is no enforcement...making it difficult to lounge if you follow the rules. Little frustrations but overall a great stay at our fave location.

Erica, Sorry you had some issues with the management company. We will let them know so they can make sure not an issue for other guests. We have never had issues like that, everything always spotless. We are only there about twice a year. We have seen similar with the chairs by the pool since COVID happened, usually letting desk know cleans it up for a few weeks. When lower occupancy, is not an issue. We will remind them for this as well. Rooms are assigned a week or two before check in, I can request certain areas at the resort which they will usually fulfill. They only guarantee my Oceanview rooms will be Oceanview. I do get some room assignments in advance (only few per year) but can try to help that way next time. Glad you had a good time at the resort, it is one of our favorites...

A-MAZING!!! Don’t sleep on this room!

This room was phenomenal!! It was a corner room. Extremely spacious! It had two sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower. The views from the room were amazing! 3 balcony doors. Nothing but ocean off of the living room and one side of the bedroom. I can not wait to visit again! The host was communicative. Overall great experience!

i felt unsafe walking from room to elevator with the open atrium... we liked the size of the rooms and refrigerator etc... bbq great... pool service would have been a plus...

The open atrium is the Embassy Suites style. Someone with a fear of heights (I assume this was the issue as there is no personal safety issues at all with this resort or with this town/area - one of the best on Maui), could request a lower floor or a room further back in the resort as there is no atrium area in that section. My family stayed in that back section last week and had an awesome view of the ocean. For the pool area, there is a bar and restaurant right next to the pool which is open throughout the day and evening.
