Very nice duplex apartment with stunning views of the sea, a private parking space, large garden with private access to the beach, very large garden overlooking the sea. You are 500 meters from shops and the port (bakery, butcher shop , grocery store, florist, restaurant, sailing school, children's park and a supervised beach in high season.

Great location!

Very nice apartment. Great location. Walk to town. Close to Omaha Beach and others. The picture of the property had the adjacent house in view. I thought that it was the VRBO but I discovered it was the adjacent property.

Une vue superbe

Un séjour très agréable à Grandcamp-Maisy, le logement est assez spacieux pour 4 personnes mais possède peu de rangements pour les provisions. Le grand réfrigérateur est un plus. La literie est confortable. (Petits bémols : les toilettes sont dans la salle d'eau, la déco est très sombre et l'escalier en colimaçon très raide, il nous a été difficile de monter notre grosse valise dans la chambre.) Ce logement possède une vue magnifique sur la mer qui permet de profiter des levers et couchers de soleil.(Nous avons même eu la chance et le bonheur de voir 2 phoques sur un banc de sable !) L'accès direct sur la plage est très appréciable. De nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours (musées, cimetières militaires et plages du débarquement ...), ainsi que de nombreuses balades. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans le Cotentin.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Traumkulisse

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, liegt direkt am Meer (höchstens 30 Meter!) und hat einen privaten Zugang zum Meer. Der Blick aus dem Wohn/Essbereich ist einfach fantastisch. Wenn keine Ebbe ist, kann man in der Nacht das Rauschen der Wellen hören. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Möbel, Geschirr und Geräte sind in sehr gutem und sauberen Zustand. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. gibt es in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder!!!

Vacances les pieds dans l'eau

Un appartement, joliment décoré, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Salon très agréable. Lit bébé et baignoire bébé à disposition. Nous avons apprécié le petit portillon au fond de la copropriété qui donnait directement sur la plage de galets, aux couleurs grandioses à marée basse. Notre petit garçon de 2 ans était ravi d'aller à pied à l'aire de jeu de Grandcamp (aire dans le sable en face de la plage). Nous pouvions tout faire à pied (courses, promenade dans le centre) le tout à moins d'1km. Un bon bol d'air malgré le temps incertain.

LOCATION & OWNER =10 STARS

The owner was simply EXCETIONAL! IE My Mother in law requested a "sandwich maker!?" Of course most people dont use susch an item anymore. BUT!!! This owner showed up on the very next day with a ? You guessed it a "sandwich maker!" Amazing, to this American! I love this location not simply a "Seaview, " but right on the English Channel! At every turn this owner went out of her way to make us feel at home It was SO NICE, I extended our stay for another five days! I was here for 75th DDay and this location is close to ALL MAJOR HISTORIC LOCATIONS! Very, very pleased in closing a vacation of a LIFETIME! NO EXAGGERATION!
