We would, however, like to add some context, as your review mentions the issues you experienced but does not reflect the solutions that were offered and the actions we took to resolve them during your stay. Regarding the woodlice issue, shortly before your arrival, the communal areas of the urbanization were fumigated. Unfortunately, this caused the insects to move into the lower-floor hallway of the property, something that was completely unexpected and beyond our control. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we immediately contacted the community of owners and, rather than waiting for them to act, we also took immediate action ourselves to find the quickest possible solution. We offered to arrange for a professional pest control company to fumigate the property. However, this treatment required the house to be vacated for at least eight hours. As you were staying with a young baby, you understandably felt this was not a practical option, and we completely respected your decision. We also responded promptly to the other concerns you raised. We came to clean the BBQ, replaced the faulty coffee machine, changed the broken parasol, and addressed the remaining maintenance issues within the following one to two days, as far as was possible during your stay. We fully understand that these unexpected circumstances affected your experience, and we sincerely regret that. We always strive to provide our guests with a comfortable stay and, when unforeseen situations arise, we make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible.
