This elegant studio is nestled in the heart of Wellington within the prestigious Palm Beach Polo and Country Club. The unit is close to the East Gate of this lushly manicured gated community and boasts of a private lake in the backyard.
Just minutes away from the international polo club, the Grand Prix show grounds and downtown Wellington this unit comes with a front porch and a reserved parking spot.
A private small pool and hot tub are around the corner. Access to the exclusive upscale country club Gymnasium and pool comes with the rental as well. There are miles of immaculately maintained private biking trails that run through hundreds of acres of the Dunes Preserve that is unique to this historic gated community. “Stallion” is the on site five star restaurant overlooking the golf course and Juan’s Kitchen is a casual dining facility open for all three meals of the day. Both restaurants and the gymnasium are within walking distance of this particular unit

TV and internet are included in the rent and the unit has heat and central AC. There is a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven but no cook top.
The bathroom is spacious with a double sink vanity and a full sized bathtub with shower.
