2-room house between Sanary-sur-mer, Bandol and Le Castellet in the countryside

La Cania del Oulivastre is a small house located next to a field of olive trees, between sea and hill.
You can enjoy a private terrace in the shade of a pergola.

Ideal for sports vacations as well as idleness. 
Many sightseeing, shopping, swimming and hiking are nearby.

The house consists of a bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, an open-plan kitchen open to a small living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, TV and coffee maker.
Bathroom with walk-in shower.
The toilets are separate.

Our region offers pretty hikes by the sea on the coastal path, walks in villages of character, as well as the charming islands of Porquerolles, Embiez and Bendor. 
The creeks of Cassis are 20 km away.
To also visit: the island of Bendor, the village of Castellet, the village of Cadière, Beausset and their Provencal markets.

Ravis de ce séjour

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. La maisonnette est conforme à l'annonce, spacieuse, agréable et très lumineuse. L'endroit est calme, sans vis-à-vis, accessible très facilement. L'emplacement permet d'atteindre les grands axes rapidement. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour. Merci

Belle location mais...

Rien à dire sur la qualité de la petite maison : excellent état et très propre, propriétaires très sympathiques et répondant rapidement aux messages. Le gros bémol tient au fait que l'autoroute passe à 50 mètres et occasionne de très importantes nuisances sonores. Pour notre court séjour, passe encore, mais si vous recherchez du calme vous serez déçus. Deuxième point négatif, le canapé se transforme en lit très dur donc vraiment inconfortable. Bien quand même dans l'ensemble.

Hôtes adorables avec des petites attentions à notre arrivé, maison très propre et fonctionnelle, les enfants peuvent jouer à l’extérieur ils ont de la place, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Bandol est à proximité de plusieurs petites ville toutes plus sympa que les autres nous n’avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer.

I recommend this property with pleasure. Very close to the beach ( 5 min drive) , the house is fitted with all you need, and the family how has the house it’s very friendly . I will definitely go back . Hope we see you soon Sebastian.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und liebenswerte Vermieter. Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr schönes Bad, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da, der konnte auf dem richtig großem Grundstück nach Herzenslust herumtoben. Richtig toll!! Wie in den anderen Kommentaren bereits erwähnt liegt die Unterkunft ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn, stört aber nicht wirklich.

Dommage pour l'autoroute

La maisonnette est très propre, bien équipée en électroménager, climatisation. Bon accueil des propriétaires et bonnes indications pour s'y rendre. Supermarché à 3mn en voiture sur la route de Bandol centre. Mais l'autoroute est à 50mètres au fond du jardin... donc on oublie les repas sur la terrasse. Et le canapé ne fait pas lit car il n'y a pas de matelas, tout juste passable pour notre enfant allongé sur les coussins. Donc 2 couchages adultes seulement au lieu des 4 annoncés.

Perfect stay!

The house has an ideal location for trips to the beaches in Bandol, Sanery and St. Cyr sur Mer. It is equipped with everything you will need and was very clean. We appreciated especially the air condition and the parking right in front of the terrace. The whole family of the landlord was very friendly and hospitable. They invited us to supper and we had an interesting communication. We received tomatoes from their gardens and a lot of tips for excursions. I can fully recommed a stay there.

This is a nice small guest house next to the owner's larger house. Previous reviews were a bit misleading - the place is Ok for a couple but too small for more than 2 people. The garden is large but not maintained. Location is good, the place is very private and at the same time not far from the villages and the beaches. As described, there is no internet and during our stay also TV did not work. At check-out we felt a bit uncomfortable when the owners came to check the place for damages and were looking inside each locker and each drawer as to check every little thing before they let us go.

Belle maison , bel espace

Nous avons passées une semaine dans cette petite maison , très spacieuse à 3 , une belle terrasse , pleins sud , sans vis à vis , accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire . Tout été parfait , juste le bruit sourd quand même pas loin de l'autoroute , un peu juste pour 1 semaine de repos .

Spacieux et proche de toutes commodités

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. La maison est bien située tout près de Bandol et de Sanary. Bien équipée, elle est idéale pour 4 personnes. L'air conditionné était apprécié ainsi que la terrasse. Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques et disponibles, nous avons même pu profiter de "vraies" tomates cultivées dans le potager. La location se trouve à proximité de l'autoroute, mais ça ne gène pas du tout. L'accès se fait par un chemin de terre et un véhicule est fortement recommandé. Il y a un super U tout proche et les plages à 5 minutes chrono en voiture. Bref, de bonnes vacances passées, je recommande sans hésiter.

un super séjour

Nous voulions un chez nous pendant 1 semaine et c est ce que nous avons trouvé dans cette maison accueillante, neuve, belle et maison très bien entretenue. De taille parfaite pour une famille de 4. Les propriétaires sont adorables et l emplacement de la maison idéal en étant assez proche des plages et commerces sans pour autant en être trop prêt non plus afin de préserver le calme. Une maison à louer les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires nous ont donné pleins de conseils et ont su rester discrets durant notre séjour. Attention appréciable car ils nous ont donné des légumes du jardin... La maison est bien située, à coté de la mer, proche de Bandol et de Sanary qui est une très jolie ville, et de Toulon. Séjour à renouveler. Une bonne adresse et nous la recommanderons sans problème à des amis.
