The Space

(our 2nd VBRO / Homeaway apt a new deluxe listing by a super rated host)
Comfy and quiet, this is a nice alternative to hotel or urban accommodation. Apt is open, modern, and well equipped. Great room, open kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed. Additional convertible queen size sofa for 2 Close walking distance to shopping, & NYC trains and buses.

The space
Easy access our Apt. It is on the first floor, a few steps above ground level. Art on the walls and hardwood floors help give it a special feel. The apartment is well equipped and can accommodate up to four adults. There is a 49" smart LG new flat screen TV , the Apt is equipped with Verizon Fios for internet, & WI Fi for guests, Streaming TV with hundreds of programing choicesl. For your Laundry there are coin operated washers and dryers a level below the Apt. Bedroom sleeps two in a Queen size bed. The prices indicated for the Apt are based on single or double occupancy. The unit has a convertible queen size sofa to allow for one or two more guests (more then two guest an extra fee of $35 per night will be charged per night) Our Apt is 20 minutes to EWR airport and convenient for those interested in visiting the big apple but desire the relaxing atmosphere of or experience of the suburbs.

Guest access
The Apt is the perfect location; a few minutes walk to NY city Transportation, it is in the downtown. The downtown area is historic, it received the "great American Mainstreet" award several years ago. It has terrific restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, boutiques & national shops: Gap, Banana Republic,Starbucks, Lord and Taylor, Trader Joe’s and more. Prior to your arrival we will arrange by text or phone, access to the APT. Since Feb 2020 we have been doing self check in The Keys will be in a lock box for self entry.

Before and while the guests are here, we keep in touch, via phone or emails.
Other things to note
Please let us know if there is a need for parking or if you are coming without a vehicle. We can arrange for one parking spot behind the building if needed by the guest. Please advise your visitors not to park in the spots behind the building but to use public parking on the street or in the public lot.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this great apartment. Centrally located in downtown Westfield right near Trader Joe’s and restaurants. Very clean and comfy place. I will for sure be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. All the amenities are provided for. The location can’t be beat…right in the middle of Westfield downtown. The only downside was the uncomfortable bed.

The Guests reported that the Bed was not comfortable after their departure. We didn't realize that the previous guests had broken the box support holding the mattress in place causing the two sleepers to slide to the middle. On their notice we imediately removed the old bed frame supporting the mattress and replaced it with a new one. The Bed is a top brand quality mattress and in the past all guests have reported it very comfortable. We appologize for C's issue that we didn't know of until they departed the apartment. We immediately rectifed and made that Bed super comfy again I hope that C will excuse the issue and honor us with their return visit when in the area to any of our five BNB type units in the building

We were intown to visit family, overall this prperty fit our needs for this trip very well. A plus as well as a minus was the proximity to downtown Westfield. Walking distance to everything was great but the delivery trucks that support the area created some unexpected hurdles. This is a beautifully and historical area. Our unit was clean and the on site laundry facilities were a plus as well as the reserved parking in the downtown area.

Right Downtown

Very comfortable, well appointed, and clean apartment right in the middle of town. We strolled to dinner, and popped over to the bakery right next door for breakfast. Added bonus - Trader Joe’s right there as well if we needed any groceries. Joe Spector, the property’s host, was very responsive, and all of the house rules were clearly articulated and sensible. Plenty of off street parking, with spaces big enough for my F150.

Lively apartment right in the heart of Westfield. Had a wonderful 4 nights stay!

Really enjoyed living in a downtown apartment for 4 nights. Was fun to live in the beast of Westfield and enjoy the shopping and dining the town has to offer. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the parking spot was a bonus! Joe Spector is very available for any questions as well. A must rent!
