Fantastic snow level studio with effortless ski in and out - steps from the Silver Queen chair, Skating at Brewer’s Pond and Tube Town.

Full sized kitchen, with a Queen size Murphy bed and a queen-sized sofa bed offers a very comfortable night’s sleep for 4.

Take the stairs from the parking lot to the 'snow side' of the building. The unit it right in the middle.

Foyer is separated by a door to the studio and stores skis, boots and all the gear. Separate thermostat turns this space into a great drying room. Shared Hot Tub for winter guest use.

The space

Great location with Snowshoe & Cross Country trails, beginner runs, and Fat Bike trails right in front of the unit. Skating pond, with skate and fat bike rental a few steps away. Only 10 minutes walk to the village; or make use of the Resort Shuttle. Parking included.

Summer activities: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Off Mountain: Wine Tours, Lake Activities, Golf

Pinheads Bowling Alley and Karaoke bar a short walk away; the village with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, shops and the Lord Aberdeen convenience store located just beyond Parking Lot B.

There is coin Laundry ($2 W/D) available just beyond the common room and equipment lockers.

Silver Star winter stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Silver Star. The condo is very cozy, clean, charming and perfectly located to all the action! We also loved mudroom for ski storage.

Ski get away

Ski from the door. Easy distance to village. We cooked in most nights, All in all a great week of it. Loved the hot tub after skiing. Very efficient use of space. Well organized. Would stay here again.

Great Ski In/Out at Silver Star

Johanna was a very attentive host and has a great studio ski in/out spot at Silver Star. She was very accommodating for our early arrival, and communications with her were fast and easy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking if you so desire, and the unit was very clean. Her spot on the hill is quick 10 second glide from her door to a chair lift, and there are two options to ski back to the front door of the unit. The shared hot tub for the building was clean and hot and only a few steps from Johanna’s unit. About a 10 minute walk (uphill there) to the village if going out for drinks / meal. My wife and i had a great stay - would highly recommend it!

Cozy and clean ski in/ski out

The Murphy's bed was comfortable enough (could use another new pillow). Place was clean, quiet, and the right size for just the two of us. Certainly a bit of work carrying equipment/luggage from parking around to the condo (so beware if that could be a problem for you). Single hot-tub for the building was available when we wanted it (quite small but was nice). Ski-out is to the little Silver Queen chair (right out the window) so you have to take a few lifts before getting to the main area but worked ok. Ski-out was ok as long as you can get over to the Alpine chair, otherwise a walk from the village. Owners very nice to deal with. Overall--- it was as advertised! We enjoyed our time at Silverstar!

Cozy Space

Just as described, well-equipped, in a quiet part of the resort. Easy access to tube town, ice skating, nordic trails, etc. Really enjoyed my stay, and got my steps in walking to the village each morning in a winter wonderland.

Beautiful weekend stay

Studio suite with ski-in/out is so convenient for a weekend stay. Clean, warm and cozy. We didn't use the communal amenities (hot-tub, club room), but they also looked clean/nice. Great communication with hosts. Note: no hair-dryer (and it's not listed on the amenities but I failed to take note. Certainly not required for hosts to supply.)

Perfect location

This condo had everything we needed, and was great for the two of us. A true ski in/ out property. With no separate bedroom, it might be a bit cramped with more than two people…….however being able to ski right from the door was a dream!

Great location

Excellent location - a true ski-in ski-out with a lift almost right outside the door. Suite was comfortable for 2 of us, and the full kitchen had everything we needed. Great communication with the host. Hope to return one day!

Fantastic Stay

Johanna was very responsive to any questions and we had a few with the current pandemic. Check in was very easy with code lock, since we arrived late (around 11 pm). The unit is equipped with everything you need - my partner could not find her toothbrush and there was a new one in the bathroom drawer (we replaced it the next day when we made our grocery run into Vernon). Very easy to ski in and ski out - so close to Silver Queen chair on way out and easy to come back through Alpine Meadows. Nice to have a kitchen, expecially during a pandemic. We ate all of our dinners in the unit and that allowed us to minimize our contact with other skiers. Great way to have a safe ski holiday.

Great studio condo whose photos don’t do justice. Ski from front door to lift and back by trail. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Well lit and bright. Immaculately clean and all questions promptly answered by owner. Could not be better!

Great Location and Good Value

Our Group of three had a fantastic stay. The condo is clean, comfortable, and surpassed our needs. The location is excellent, with a short walk to tube town and the main village area. From the condo, you walk out the door and drop right in to the lift. Truly ski in/out. The owner is very responsive and quick to answer any and all questions before and during our visit. We will definitely stay here again when skiing SilverStar.

We are stoked to share our little piece of paradise with our guests; from winters skiing, boarding and snowshoeing (try a night walk) to the summers hiking, biking and enjoying the crisp, clean waters of Kalamalka and Okanagan Lakes.
