We’re so happy to hear everything was just as you expected and that you enjoyed the great location near the Frio and Lost Maples. Delighted you’d stay again—we’d love to host you anytime!
This stay was to celebrate my sister's 70th birthday. I chose this location because 2 of her high school friends made arrangements for lunch at The Laurel Tree and we wanted some quality time together. This was the perfect spot! The house was the perfect size and we both really enjoyed the country air. The house was clean and the beds were quite comfortable.
The home was spot on, clean and stocked with more than what we expected. Very quiet area. The grounds outside the front door was over grown. We were supposed to be traveling with a small dog. I’m glad we didn’t because the dog would have been lost in the tall grass. There was a beautiful old tree outside the kitchen window. The sunsets were beautiful after the rains stopped. Overall, would enjoy staying there again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, the peaceful setting, and those beautiful sunsets. We appreciate your note about the grass and will be sure to take care of that. We'd love to have you back anytime!
The property was as advertised. It was in a good location for peace and quiet, but close enough to places in the Hill Country that we wanted to visit. The property was clean and plenty spacious for the 3 of us. I had to work some and there was absolutely no problem with connectivity. Spencer answered all of our questions very quickly prior to the trip and check in was about as easy as you can imagine. I would definitely recommend this property.

Thank you for your great review, we're glad that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to seeing you again!
Pretty piece of property with paths to explore, quiet areas for reading, and a nice place to relax. This property is close to FM 337, which makes checking out the surrounding area very convenient. If you bring your pups, and they are not off leash trained, invest in a cable so they can run in the yard without having to worrying about them running into the road. Overall, a nice place to stay, with an owner who goes above and beyond and a management company who makes sure everything is taken care of.

Quiet peaceful hill country property, great getaway from the city
Clark Creek ranch was a nice quiet retreat. We enjoyed hiking to the creek and the hills with our two fur babies. Inside the cabin was clean and listed pictures were accurate. The outside of the cabin had some candy wrappers and toys that's why a 4/5 on cleanliness. But that did not deter us from having a wonderful relaxxing time.
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin had a very comfortable seating area on the front porch. The birds in the area were singing sweetly. We hiked the property. We hiked Lost Maples State Park. We floated the Frio River. We swam in the Frio River at Garner State Park. There was a problem with one of the bedrooms but the property manager promptly and without even a request from us made things right for us.
Overall the house was great except for the A/C in the rooms. While the leaving room A/C cooled great, the A/C units in the room do not cool the rooms sufficiently to make them comfortable.
The location is great! Very quiet and desolate. Check in and out was very easy. Some suggestions are the shower pressure and shower heads are a bit outdated. The house is pet friendly and we are thankful for that but a little vacuming on the carpet and couches would have prevented us from having previous dog hair on us. The locks on the doors were hard to lock and unlock. The restroom door in the bunk bed room does not close due to the queen beds placement. Thank you

Thank you for the feedback and we've been addressing the issues you've mentioned.
We enjoyed having Joanna stay with us. It’s always nice to have guests that are respectful of the home and treat it like their own. We would love to have Joanna stay with us again the future. We hope you return soon!
Roomy home with great open concept living, kitchen and dining. Enjoyed our stay.
Rental process was very easy and smooth. Only problem we encountered was there was no key in the lock box and we had to call/text to report that. Area is quiet and peaceful. Have to drive only 30-60 minutes to activities or sightseeing.
Very spacious accommodations!
Large kitchen., Large bedrooms, very workable space for a group!
Here is where there is plenty of room for the kids to run around & explore!
Management is also was receptive & responsive.
Had a group of 5 riders for a long weekend get away. Place is perfectly situated far enough away from cities to feel like a true get away. Still, small cities are a pleasant drive through beautiful winding roads.
We will be back.
