The Avalón Villa is next door to Bellâ Casa ~ both are newly acquired and join our CutAboveCabins family. The Avalón Villa has 4 Bedrooms + sleeping areas + 3 bathrooms. The Great Room with gas fireplace opens up to the dining room and fully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. Three levels offer privacy and allow for groups to engage in multiple activities as well as conversations. Accommodates up to 10 guests in beds - Max 6 Adults for a maximum of 10 is at least 4 are children under 12. Large Deck. Gas Grill. HOT TUB. No extra charge for Kayaks/Canoes/mountain bikes. Bring your own gear. Swimming area. Fish right off the dock. Rent or bring your own boat. Large green space on the lake. Fire Pit and picnic tables. Game Room. 2,000 sq. ft. In a residential area on Lake Logan. Private. Not secluded.

Pricing Explained: Avalon Villa accommodates up to 10 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests, with each additional guest costing $33 per person, per night. This pricing structure ensures fairness for smaller groups. Children 6 months and under do not count toward the guest total.

The name and ages of all guests are required on our rental agreement. You may update your guest count prior to check-in, and please make sure it is accurate. The guest count will be verified by staff and we don't want a problem after you have checked in. Please read our rental agreement and understand the penalties.

We have kayaks, canoes, and mountain bikes that you may use.

Christmas is a special season to celebrate with family. We decorate with Christmas trees, Christmas bedspreads, centerpieces, Christmas dishes, and many other small touches that make the cabin totally about Christmas. Jesus is the Reason for the Season. Decorations are up from Thanksgiving through end of January. Book your Family gatherings here in the Hocking Hills and at the Summit for a memory that will last a lifetime. Or make it a tradition! We welcome family gatherings and mature groups of friends seeking quiet enjoyment of the beauty the Hocking Hills offers. (If you are looking for a place to have a party, please don't book with us.)

This was our family's 4th annual christmas cabin! It was the best one we've done yet- the cabin was perfect! So festive with all the decorations. Cabin itself very well built. All the amenities were very nice and they had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed and appreciated every small detail they provided. Highly recommend!

Fall Family Getaway

My family and I loved our time at the Avalon Villa. It has plenty of space to spread out but also provides that warm, cozy feeling of a cabin in the woods. The view is extraordinary and the access to kyaks and the lake cannot be beat. We look for to our next trip to Lake Logan / Hocking Hills, and another stay with Cut Above Cabins.

What an amazing property. I can’t say enough about our stay. The cabin was clean, had everything you needed and more. It is close to the caves, shopping, and entertainment and not to mention the beautiful view on the lake. I definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Hocking Hills!

This home was perfect for our annual family getaway. The property was absolutely lovely with the lake and kayaks available. The adults loved the jacuzzi while the layout had the perfect sleeping area for our grandchildren . And if the home, amenities and setting wasn’t enough the hiking in Hocking Hills was awesome!

We are Mother and daughter; Catherine and Evelyn. We moved to the Hocking Hills in 2006 and have enjoyed the area very much. We started a vacation rental business in 2014 with a one bedroom cabin in the loft of our barn on our lake front property, called Lake Logan Loft. It has been such a wonderful experience over 3 years that we decided to sell our rental business in another part of the state and invest in really special residences that we could share with you! Welcome to our Cut Above Cabins, in the Hocking Hills. We have 3 large Lodges each in secluded wooded areas on several acres each. We also have Château Lake Logan opening in the spring of 2019 which will have 2-one bedroom suites and 2-two bedroom suites. We hope you will choose to stay with us when you plan our vacation to this special area known as the Hocking Hills Region.

Active families will love the water with it's many activities. Still very close to the hiking trails and all the parks, Old Man's Cave is just 8 miles away. Great dining and bars are just across the lake and family friendly. Come join us on the water for many a great sunset or sunrise. We have 7 acres on the lake for lots of "leg room".
