A lovely house in a great location!

This house was perfect for a family trip to Aigues-Mortes. Six of us stayed at the house (3 adults, 3 teenagers), the 3 teenagers shared the top floor, and the adults shared 2 double rooms on the first floor. The house and garden was well equipped and beautifully furnished. We stayed in early April and really enjoyed the garden space, eating outside at lunchtimes. The house is located on a lovely quiet street, but only a couple of minutes walk from the central square. I hope we get to visit Aigues-Mortes again, and if we do we shall definitely book this house again.

Ruhiges, großes Reihenhaus innerhalb der Stadtmauern von Aigues-Mortes. Angenehmes, gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus mit vielen persönlichen Details und allem, was man braucht. Der kleine Pool hatte dank der Abdeckung Anfang Oktober noch 28 Grad. Schöner Innenhof mit Sitzplatz. Leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern in den Zimmern. Durch die lange Regendauer und den heftigen Niederschlag ein paar Tage zuvor war es schwierig, sich im Freien aufzuhalten, denn es gab aktuell eine regelrechte Moskito- und Stechmückenplage. Problemlose und nette Übergabe mit dem Verwalter Sebastien. Obwohl wir während der alljährlichen Festwoche vorort waren, haben wir immer einen naheliegenden Parkplatz außerhalb der Mauern gefunden.

Cette maison est vraiment très bien... spacieuse, confortable, il ne manque rien en ustensiles de cuisineLes bémols de cette location, la cuisine est un vrai capharnaüm ( il y a de tout et partout! pas une petite armoire de libre pour y déposer les aliments secs) et le patio manque d'un bon nettoyage.La personne qui gère les contacts est très sympathique.Notre expérience a été compliquée car pendant notre séjour il y a eu une panne de climatisation (système vieillissant selon le technicien). Nous avons pu passer trois jour à vider les seaux, nettoyer et aussi attendre le technicien... Même si ce sont des choses qui arrivent, nous n'avons pas payer pour cela. Il me semble qu'une proposition de compensation financière de la part du propriétaire aurait été un minimum!!! Mais à ce jour RIEN!!!

Très belle maison, très bien équipée et tellement agréable dans cette magnifique ville d'Aigues-Mortes, sans oublier le jardin-terrasse avec sa piscine et ses parfums de jasmin et de chèvrefeuille !! Vraiment, nous avons tout apprécié durant notre séjour d'une semaine avec nos 2 enfants (12 et 14 ans).Merci aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Sébastien !! :-)

Ein superschönes, ungewöhnliches Haus in einem bezaubernden Urlaubsort! > individuell und liebevoll dekoriert > tolles Wohnzimmer mit schönen Blick auf den Innenhof, der wirklich blickgeschützt ist > die Küche komplett mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, ausgestattet > großzügige Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten > in Fußreichweite zu verschiedenen Lokalen, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber dennoch ruhige Lage > hundefreundlicher Ort mit viel Grün um die Festungsmauern herum > gute Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe auf einem großen Parkplatz (und durch die Parkkarte, die man vor Ort vom Vermieter erhält, auch kostenlos) Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!!!

Il s’agit de notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison intra-murosL’accueil par Sébastien est toujours très sympathique et tout s’est déroulé idéalement.La situation à l’intérieur des remparts est idéale pour qui veut profiter des festivités tout en étant parfaitement au calme.La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et elle est très propre et pratique.Merci à Vincent et Sébastien pour ces belles vacances.Nous reviendrons encore avec plaisir !

Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Es liegt wunderschön innerhalb der Stadtmauer von Aigues-Mortes. Trotz der vielen Touristen ist es in einer Seitenstraße sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Wenn man möchte, ist man in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum und kann durch die Straßen schlendern. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Das Haus selbst mit dem Pool im eigenen Innenhof ist super. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen kann. Das Highlight im Sommer ist der Kühl-Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter. An heißen Sonnentagen ist das einfach der Hit.Alles in allem ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder.

Belle maison de ville centrale

La maison est très bien équipée.Elle est au centre de Aigues Mortes, cela permet de visiter la ville à pied et faire des courses d'appoint. Informations pour les voyageurs, une voiture est indispensable pour visiter les alentours, et ça vaut le détour, la région est très belle.

Logement magnifique et situation idéale

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette magnifique ville d’Aigues-Mortes pendant la fête votive. L’accueil par Sébastien était très sympathique et tout s’est déroulé idéalement. La situation à l’intérieur des remparts est idéale pour qui veut profiter des festivités tout en étant parfaitement au calme. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et elle est très propre et pratique. Nous avons bien apprécié le patio pour les apéros et le balcon pour la lecture. Le temps était un peu trop frais pour profiter vraiment de piscine. Le seul bémol concerne les WC du bas dont l’écoulement ne correspond pas au standard Suisse 😉. Merci à Vincent et Sébastien pour ces belles vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir haben uns in das Haus verliebt und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Aigues Mortes ist wundervoll, die Umgebung ein Traum, man ist fussläufig mitten im Leben! Das Haus ist mit Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt! Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für ALLES! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van dit comfortabele huis binnen de muren van een schitterend, sfeervol stadje. Alles is op wandelafstand. In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele vakantie. Van hieruit zijn er ook leuke uitstapjes te maken. De cathédrale de Maguelone is een echte aanrader. Daarna lekker eten in het restaurant op het strand. Zalig! En daarna lekker chillen in het mooie vakantiehuis. De zon en de warme temperaturen deden deugd na de natte winter en lente.

Tout simplement PARFAIT !

Maison très propre, soignée, à la décoration raffinée. De suite on s'y sent bien. Très confortable et spacieuse. Calme incroyable dans une belle petite rue. Un cahier complet est à disposition pour expliquer l'ensemble des rangements de la maison. Situation géographique formidable dans le quartier à 5 minutes à pieds des commerces et magasins. Cuisine très bien agencée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Patio agréable avec sa petite piscine. Accueillis chaleureusement par Sébastien ! Seul petit bémol, l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche malgré qu'elle soit chauffée. Bravo à Vincent pour ce bel endroit ;) Adresse à retenir et à recommander Belle suite à vous :)

Conforme à l’annonce, très belle maison et très bien situé. Cependant pb de propreté de la piscine, qui a été réglé au bout de 3j. Sinon je ne peux que recommander.

Gelungene Familienferien

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus verbracht, das sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und dekoriert ist. Die Lage ist toll, da man jeden Abend in die Altstadt von Aigues-Mortes schlendern kann, wo es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Eisdielen gibt. Wir fühlten uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und Sébastian stand immer bereit, falls es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab (z.B. mit der Klimaanlage). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
