We welcome you for your holidays in the small village of Saint Philibert near the Pointe de Trévignon in the town of Trégunc. (possibility other rent same place. (end of August, seven) (06 64 94 36 89)
At 800 m from the rental sandy beaches accessible on foot or by car, 2 km from the fishing port where you can buy fish and shellfish (you can access the port by a coastal path GR 34). Also from the port visit the archipelago Glénan and sea trips with "Glénan Découverte", see website www. glenandecouverte. com
Many walks are within walking distance from the rental. Attractive cities at 15 minutes, Pont-Aven famous city of painters, and place of manufacture of Breton pancakes. Also Concarneau its fishing port and fortified city of the Middle Ages. Quimper is 30 minutes away and is classified city of art and history, it is the capital of Cornwall.
House side, it has a closed garden, a sunny terrace in the morning, and a private parking. Garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue are at your disposal. On the ground floor, kitchen and open living room, shower and toilet, pantry. Upstairs shower room, wc, three bedrooms with storage, 2 double beds and a single bed also available childcare equipment (cot umbrella, high chair, bath).

It is a nice house with garden and possibility to eat outside.The bakery and a good reestaurant are only 100m away. Several good beaches, Névez, Pont Aven and other nice villages are in easy distance by bicycle. We would like to come back!

Excellent location for the lovely rugged coast with coves and sandy bays. A half mile walk to the coast and Trevignon with its creperies from the village. House extremely well equipped, light and airy and well decorated. Parking for one vehicle by back door. Good, free WiFi. Supermarket 3 miles in Nevez. Interesting towns close inland with creperies and sea-food restaurants. We recommend this property.

We enjoyed staying in the house and loved the area. However after booking and paying our deposit we were asked “Would you like to rent sheets and linen? 20 euro per room and 20 euros for linen You must plan to pay a cleaning fee of 60 euros to be paid locally” I have never in 50 years of renting holiday properties been asked to pay for bedding.

Tregunc

House clean and comfortable. Sunny terrace and small garden. Well situated in a small village with excellent boulangerie. Lovely walk through woods to the coast. Lots of beautiful beaches and small towns to visit in the area. However we were not happy to be charged on arrival for extras (cleaning and towels) that we were not expecting. We have written to Vrbo about this but have had no reply as yet. Otherwise we were very happy with the property.

Wonderful holiday spot and landlord

It was great, really recommended. We got a warm welcome and got great tips on the surroundings. The hous is in a small, quiet village, the equipment is excellent (kitchen, blinds, terrase etc.). I should be mentioned that you have to bring your own bed covers and sheets and towels, or you can rent them with additional costs. Also, the final cleaning costs extra, obviously. However, on the German fewo-direkt.de website this was not mentioned anywhere, please be aware of that. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the stay. Merci!

Superbe semaine dans une maison très fonctionnelle et agréable. La décoration et le matériel est complet avec une volonté de se sentir comme à la maison. L’accueil parfait avec les propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié leur rencontre et leurs conseils. Ils sont aux petits soins pour faire découvrir leur région et passer des vacances reposantes chez eux. Merci pour leur sympathie et leurs soins personnalisés. Nous recommandons cette partie sauvage et préservée du Finistère Sud pour découvrir de magnifiques plages et partir aux Glénan (super sortie avec leurs fils à 5 min de la maison) ou visiter Concarneau, Pont-Aven…Il y a tant de choses à faire! Nous avons beaucoup aimé la plage accessible à pied de la maison qui est l’une des plus belles, ainsi que le chemin pour s’y rendre. On reviendrait avec plaisir et surtout nous recommandons pour les amoureux de la Bretagne ou pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas. À découvrir sans hésiter! Merci pour tout!

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig gelegen und innen ist es sehr geräumig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch ganz toll, sie hatte für alles ein Ohr, hat uns gerne weiter geholfen und war immer erreichbar. Einiger Nachteil ist die Südlage des Gartens und der Terrasse. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiß und so konnten wir die Terrasse tagsüber nicht nutzen, weil es nur einen Sonnenschirm gab. Es bräuchte eine Markise bzw. einen größeren Sonnenschutz. Aber sonst alles gut, auch für eine Familie sicher gut geeignet, wir waren zu zweit und hatten somit viel Platz.

Haus und Garten waren schön, ruhig gelegen und größer als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Es gibt einen großzügigen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich (gut ausgestattet!) und unsere Fahrräder konnten trocken und sicher im Vorraum abgestellt werden, Alles war sauber und uns fehlte nichts - rundum prima für entspannte Ferientage! Die Bäckerei um die Ecke hat leckere Croissant etc.! Sehr netter Kontakt und schnelle Antworten. Als es ein Problem mit dem WLan gab, haben sich Maryvonne und Pascal sofort gekümmert und Maryvonne hat uns sehr großartig und mit großer Geduld bei unserem Autoproblem geholfen! Auch hier nochmal: VIELEN DANK! Fazit, 5 Sterne sind zu wenig! 😀 ALLES Gute!

Geräumiges Haus, gut ausgestattet, ruhig. Es sind mehr als 800 m zum Meer, ca. 1,2 km, aber ein schöner Weg. Bäcker und Restaurant gleich um die Ecke. Trevignon mit einer kleinen Wanderung gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es eine tolle Creperie und weitere Restaurants und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Ruhe und Erholung in der Nähe von Boulangerie und bretonischen Sandstränden

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in dem sehr ruhigen Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine praktische Aufteilung, Wohn- und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss, drei Schlafräume und Duschbad im Obergeschoss. Zusätzlich gibt es im Erdgeschoss noch eine zweite Toilette und eine kleine, zusätzliche Dusche, die z.B. nach sandigen Strandtagen recht praktisch ist. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für die Zubereitung von Speisen notwendig ist. Für Tee und Kaffee stehen ein Wasserkocher, eine Filterkaffeemaschine und eine Pad-Maschine zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Elektro-Tischgrill für die Terrasse. Gegen Aufpreis vor Ort stellt Maryvonne Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Auch die Reinigungspauschale kann vor Ort bezahlt werden. Wunderbar ist die ruhige Lage an einer wenig befahrenen Sackgasse, der gepflegte Garten und die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den mittelalterlichen Kirchturm. Bäcker, ausgezeichnetes Fischrestaurant und herrliche Sandstrände sind in Laufnähe erreichbar. Maryvonne ist eine äußerst freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation sowohl für die Schlüsselübergabe, wie auch bei kleineren Fragen während des Aufenthalts klappt sehr unkompliziert per Messenger. Alles in Allem ein toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt im milden Atlantikklima der Bretagne!

Schöne Zeit in der Bretagne

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super - schnelle Abwicklung und Informationen, liebevoller Empfang mit bretonischen Leckereien. Wir empfehlen, Bettwäsche zu mieten- da frz. Größe von Bett und Decke. Die Umgebung bietet schöne Strände, den Küstenweg GR 34 und zahlreiche nette Städte in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub hier.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig,,gute Lage zum Meer und zu umliegenden Städtchen. In direkter Nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuß) ein toller Bäcker und ein sehr gutes Restaurant 2km entfernt ein Fischhafen wo man täglich fangfrischen Fisch, Schalentiere und Austern kaufen kann. Großer Supermarkt 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Meer kann man gut zu Fuß gehen und dann an der Küste herrlich wandern. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Haus und gepflegtes Haus

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Zentrale Dorflage mit Nähe zum tollen Bäcker und gut erreichbaren Meer mit Auto oder zu Fuß. Viele Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung möglich.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour...Accueil super sympa de notre hôtesse... Petit village au top 50m d'une super boulangerie et 900m de la mer....Génial Logement au top rien de superflu...SUPER !!! A refaire sans souci !!!!!

Idyllisches Haus

Das Haus ist idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Man kann sehr unkompliziert die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region wie Concarneau, Pont-Aven und Quimper erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und großzügig mit allem, was man zum Leben benötigt, ausgestattet. Ganz nah gibt es einen Bäcker mit sehr leckerem Baguette und Viennoiserie. Maryvonne ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die bei Bedarf sehr reaktiv ist. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr.

Très bien placé pour rayonner dans le Finistère. Idéal pour les randonneurs. Très bonne boulangerie à 50 m. Divers commerces et restaurants à proximité. Logement très confortable et au calme, dans la nature. Accès facile à la plage et au port.

Imp. des Fous Bassans

Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden, Maryvonne ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Betten sind prima und die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Wir werden es weiter empfehlen und hoffen nochmals hinzufahren.
