Nice views

Check in was very easy and the views from the living room and master bedroom are great. Apartment is on the 3rd floor so during the day it can be a bit loud with the dog park next door and the road traffic. Otherwise, location and accommodations are very good.

Good place and location!

I stayed at this place with my partner and his brother for 3 days. As we came from a place where it is now summer, we found it a bit chilly here, but overall, everything was pretty good. It was very accessible to downtown. Great view! :)

It was a wonderful experience, the apartment has everything, every detail that makes it a completely enjoyable experience. It's closeness to the international airport and at the same time the easy access to other parts of Lima makes it an additional extra benefit compared with other options. It will be our option when we come back to Lima.

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. I was very disappointed with the night time security guard. I was having problems with internet access and was not able to use the Uber app. to get transport at 5:30am. When I asked the guard to call a taxi, he refused. He was not helpful at all.

Sink in bathrooms are almost useless. Cabinets above them block their use since you cannot brush your teeth/wash your face...cause cabinet too big/wide!!!

Location, location, location

We enjoyed this property very much and thought it was ideal for our concept of a stress free vacation. It was right next to a park, which we were always keeping track of the daily activities: people walking their dogs, kid's karate classes, bicyclists, skateboarders in their own ramp area, people exercising - a very nice park. We also overlooked the ocean, about a quarter mile away. There were many activities along the wide beachfront also. The door attendents were friendly and helpful too. There were small bodegas nearby where you could get basic supplies, but you need an Uber or taxi to get to a supermarket for more variety. The apartment was laid out well and well stocked with utensils, except it didn't have the US version of a coffee maker (like a Mr. Coffee), but we adapted. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was beyond our expectations (in the best possible way)

Everything was clean, working wel and comfortable.l The consierges were very kind and wonderful, very helpful. Beautiful views of the beach, ocean & park. Didn't want to leave, really. The owners were very welcoming and answered all our questions. We want to come back soon, hopefully we can stay at this property again. Thank you.
