On peut commencer en disant que tout était parfait... Une maison spacieuse, très bien équipée, une magnifique piscine, une région passionnante pour ceux qui s'intéressent l'histoire. Mais ce serait loin d'être suffisant, le séjour est à proprement magique, à observer la vie sauvage et à explorer la forêt qui entoure la maison. Toutes les générations s'y sont retrouvées!

Champlevoix. Cerfs et sangliers

Leuke plek voor een grote familie die graag wandelt en houdt van de natuur. Tip 1 gezien de ligging is er minder goed internet signaal op de smartphone, 4G valt soms weg. Er is geen wifi. Normaal mailverkeer etc is geen probleem! Tip 2 inrit van aan de spoorweg overgang Rémilly. Maps en Waze sturen je het bos in. Tip 3 er is een goede BBQ. Tip 4 Supermarkt en bakker is een eindje rijden. Dus best voor aankomst proviand inslaan

tres bonne semaine en famille malgré une météo moyennement favorable.

la propriété nous a beaucoup plu : de l’espace dehors et dedans, une vue paisible, aucun bruit. un très bon équipement de la maison qui est bien rénovée et comfortable. un petit regret : il n’y a pas de verres adéquats pour boire du vin. un bémol sur la connexion internet et sur la distance des commerces.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis! Un havre de paix entouré de nature! Piscine et ballade en forêt ont rythmé nos journées!

Buitengewoon

Een prachtig vakantiehuis, midden in de natuur. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig voor klein en groot. Alles is picco bello, het beste vakantiehuis ooit! Dank aan Hubert en Anne en Evelyne voor hun goede zorgen. We komen zeker terug!

Covid cancellation

We had to cancel less than 48 hrs before arrival when the UK govt changed its Covid-19 advice for France to "Essential Travel Only". Obviously this was outside the official refund period for our stay, but Hubert processed our refund that day and the money arrived back with us the following week. Of course it would not be possible to find new guests at such short notice, so we are very grateful to Hubert for acting so honourably. His communication throughout was excellent and we are so sad that we could not travel. We will look to hopefully rebook in the New Year once things become clearer with Covid and also Brexit. Merci Hubert!

France at it's best.

A really wonderful place to stay. The gite was spacious and very well equipped . We had a warm welcome from Hubert and his family. The pool was our favourite place to relax and play. We would recommend this property as it met all our needs and more. The Barber Family.

Comfortabel huis voor een fijne vakantie

Het huis is tip top in orde. Alles is voorzien voor een comfortabel verblijf. De keuken is voorzien van toestellen, specerijen, verpakkingen,... De kamers zijn net en aangenaam. De badkamers proper en mooi. De living biedt ruimte en koelte als het warm is.

Un séjour plébiscité par toute la famille

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille sur le site de Champlevoix. La maison est vaste , agréable et très bien rénovée. Bien que nombreux, nous avons cohabité sans nous gêner, toutes générations confondues : l’agencement de la maison, une salle de bain pour chaque chambre, une cuisine très bien équipée, ont largement contribué au bien-être général. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parc environnant, la grande baie vitrée offrant une très belle vue panoramique, et la piscine à toute heure. Quelques rencontres avec des biches ont agrémenté nos promenades, pour la plus grande joie des jeunes et moins jeunes A recommander à tous ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature, et le partage de bons moments en famille ou entre amis..sans pour autant renier un certain goût pour le confort !

Magnifique propriété, moderne, bien équipée et calme

Week-end de 3 jours parfait au domaine de Champlevoix. La propriété est très grande, belle,moderne, bien équipée et bien entretenue. Parfait pour quelques jours au calme et pour profiter de la piscine.* Propriétaire accueillant et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons !

An absolutely amazing place, beautifully renovated, fantastic views, great pool.

Lovingly decorated, owners Hubert and Anne have thought of everything. Really well equipped. Heated pool was a real bonus especially for night time swimming. Really clean. Loads of room for the 12 of us. Great that each bedroom has ensuite bathrooms. Would definitely go back. Brilliant relaxing stay.

Superbe séjour dans un magnifique corps de ferme rénové au milieu du Morvan

Destination parfaite pour un weekend entre amis. La maison est très spacieuse, refaite totalement à neuf avec beaucoup de gout. Parfaitement équipée de la vaisselle au boules de pétanque en passant par les sèches cheveux dispo dans chacune des 8 salles de bain! Le domaine est lui aussi incroyable, piscine, étang et vue imprenable sur la forêt. Peu d'activités aux alentours (rafting très sympa à environ 1H) mais on passe un excellent moment dans ce domaine qui se suffit à lui même. Enfin les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires.
