Walk to all the quaint Summerland restaurants, coffee shop, wine tasting, home stores, hiking trails and lovely Summerland Beach. Just a short drive to Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria. Beautiful and private yard backs up to open space with a lovely hiking trail. Large back deck with gas grill for lounging or dining outdoors. Walk down to Summerland shops/restaurants in 10 minutes, the beach in 12 minutes or drive down in 2-3 minutes. Wonderful location, perfect for enjoying Summerland, Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria.
