Clean, Conveniently Located Condo

Clean and cool downstairs unit, with front door parking and outside lanai space. Well stocked kitchen with all the conveniences, washer and dryer, California king size bed. Good airflow and shaded lanai. Conveniently located close to Princeville One Hotel and Westin resorts, Hanalei and Anini beaches, world famous Prince and Makai golf courses, shopping, restaurants and other activities including helicopter and boat tours, horseback riding, hiking, etc. Common area includes pool, jacuzzi and barbecues. Sandpiper Village was one of the first condos to be built on the North Shore and therefore, it has a laid back, local vibe with mature lush tropical landscaping. Many permanent residents reside there; working, attending school, raising kids. It is a busy neighborhood with people coming and going at all times. The condo is located below and aside other vacation rentals. Visitors who stay in Sandpiper can get a real feel for Kauai community and island lifestyle.

Great location and an easy place to feel at home. The condo actually felt a bit larger than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big convenience and made the stay much easier. The owner was attentive and responsive throughout.

Our stay in Kauai was nothing short of absolutely perfect and a lot of it had to do with Janet’s amazing home. The kitchen was perfect, the bed was comfortable and it was such a peaceful neighborhood. Janet made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were thoroughly pleased that the pictures were actually what we got and more! The condo is very spacious and clean. We were so surprised that we actually had a full kitchen. Janet (the owner) is responsive and communicates well. The neighbors were a little loud but other than that we very much so enjoyed our stay.

Excellent family stay

Just a short drive to Hanalei and Anini Beach, also not far from the State Park this was an ideal location for staying on the North Shore.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was on the road to Hanalei which is where we wanted. Loved the walkability and the scenic views on foot. Place was clean and appreciated having clean floors to walk on, clean bed to sleep in and a washer/dryer.

Great stay! Anini beach snorkeling was fun. Green sea turtle, moray eel and many other species of fish. Hiking at Haena was amazing!What views! Big WOW!

My husband Jeff and I have lived in the islands for almost 30 years; working and raising our children who are now grown and raising children of their own. When not working, we like to spend time with our grandchildren. We especially enjoy having friends and family visit so we can take time off to enjoy the island's beauty.

Why they chose this property

I previously rented three other units in Sandpiper before having the opportunity to purchase one. The unit I bought is by far the nicest location in all of Sandpiper. It's off the street which can be noisy and busy. It has great airflow and is always airy and cool. The parking space is right outside the front door which is especially convenient.

What makes this property unique

The lanai of our condo is uniquely located facing a grassy area which is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or having a cocktail in the evening. The parking spot is directly in front of the front door which is especially convenient when loading or unloading luggage or groceries. The unit has great airflow and faces away from the sun, allowing it to stay cool even on the hottest days.
