NO PARTIES NO SMOKING FREE PARKING Terrace [lowest] level apartment of our home. Private entrance in backyard/covered deck for enjoying am coffee/dinner. Pool view from bedroom area. Kitchenette w/two burner stove, dishwasher, small fridge and a roaster [not full] oven. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/parks/playgrounds. Happy neighbors = happy stay - please be mindful of no smoking/no party rules. If this property is booked on your days, check out our Carriage house in the City. Security camera on premises. Outdoor security camera on premises.
