Location was just beautiful

We loved this little studio, the balcony was our breakfast spot! Had everything we needed, took day trips to Nice, came back to sitting and enjoying the view! Thank you Jean!

This apartment is clean and compact. Saying compact, it never felt small and confined. With a lovely balcony with sea views it was very light and airy. We found it to be very well equipped. Near by is the supermarket and restaurants. The marina is a short relaxing walk too with more restaurants and a smaller supermarket. Jean gave a very detailed communication about how to get to the apartment from the airport, also saying that the public transport system takes a bit of getting used to. We loved every minute we were there, a truly relaxing and lovely holiday, very hard to leave! Would recommend to anyone, but just bear in mind there is no lift in the building if you're not good with any stairs, it didn't bother us at all, but just good to know.

Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Vermieter äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Parksituation war etwas schwierig, da wir die Info hatten, man könne mit der vorhandenen Parkuhr gratis am angrenzenden Parkplatz parken, wenn man alle 2h die Uhr stellt. Leider war dem nicht so, da wir vom Ordnungsamt ein Ticket und die Info bekommen haben, man müsse am vorhandenen Parkautomaten ein Ticket ziehen. So sollte man die Parkgebühr mit einkalkulieren. Von Vorteil ist, das der Automat auf mehreren Sprachen bedienbar ist.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Le logement est très propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Tout est bien pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Les levers de soleil sont magnifiques et ont rendu nos matinées encore plus agréables. L’hôte est accueillant et disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la région. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bel appartement très bien équipé avec vue sur la mer et la plage. C'est notre second séjour et nous apprécions la situation géographique qui nous permet de visiter les alentours.

Superbe !!!

Très bien situé, face à la mer, l'emplacement est idéal pour passer des vacances sans stress! Inutile d'avoir une voiture, des commerces, un centre commercial et des restaurants sont juste à côté. Le logement est conforme à la description, très confortable, nous y reviendrons sans doute !!!

1 tolle Woche

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und alle wichtigen Sachen vorhandenen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft und in der direkten Umgebung sind Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Vermieter Jean mit dem die Kommunikation immer super lief und auch durch seine Tipps der Urlaub unvergesslich bleiben wird. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fantastic beach location

This property is located perfectly on the beach. Within 2 minutes there is a great supermarket ‘Casino’, a pharmacy, several restaurants, tourist information and bus stop (Les Drapeux’. Train station Villeneuve Loubet is 15 minutes walk from there you can go to Nice, Monaco or Cannes. The apartment was ideal, really well laid out with all you need. Especially appreciated the balcony to sit out on or eat dinner in the evening.

Bon emplacement avec vue sur mer.

Bon emplacement donnant directement sur la mer. Logement en excellente état, fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec clim..Restaurants a proximité et de qualités. Seul manque les bars le soir , ne serais ce que pour aller boire un café, et le dynamisme de Villeneuve reste un peu light...PS ..la location est une chose, le contact avec l hôte en est une autre, Contrainte de stationnement ainsi que le fameux le disque bleu toute les deux heures..

Wonderful location

The studio apartment is very well laid out, all things have been thought about and the space is very good. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, we really enjoyed sitting watching the world go by. You can see across the sea the planes going into Nice airport but this did not bother us. Would highly recommend.
