Unforgettable panoramic sunset views in this brand new 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo will make you think you're in heaven. This end unit provides numerous amenities including a fully furnished kitchen, wet bar with ice maker, free WiFi, and washer and dryer. Two king beds reside in the master and in the guest room, and two queens are in each of the additional two guest rooms. Relax in a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Additional amenities include a Keurig coffee machine, blender, and built-in storage drawers underneath each bed in all guest rooms. The large balcony overlooking the beach consists of cushioned dining chairs, two chaise lounges, and two additional chairs, all ready for you to rest while seeing and hearing the waves.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Nice place but cleanliness was lacking

The condo itself was nice and on the corner of the 15th floor so nice views. The description was slightly misleading in sleeping 14. There are actual beds for 12. If you have 14, you must use the sleeper sofa which was not indicated. When we had to use the sleeper sofa, the sheets were visibly dirty, indicating that they had not been washed prior to our check-in. I have photos as proof. This created the need for me to wash sheets late at night before two guests could use the sleeper sofa. Previous guests left behind articles of clothing that were not removed by cleaning staff. There were areas of the rooms that were not cleaned, dusted, swept which gave concern to how well the place was cleaned or sanitized -especially during COVID. If you choose to stay here, bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, because what is provided is extremely limited. Also, one bathroom had 3 out of 4 burnt out light bulbs. The 4th bulb went out on the 3rd day there. Clearly, no attention to detail from the make-ready staff. For the cost of a weekly rental, these basics should not be overlooked Check-in procedures were difficult. The person working the front desk was more interested in getting off work, rather than helping us get our key code. She wanted me to go to another "after hours" property even though it wasn't after hours. When I asked why? She said she was trying to get off work. She ended up helping but it took me pressing the issue to have her assist in me in getting my key code without having to travel to another property to get it.

Great place.

From the ease of check in to the nice welcome gift to the very well equipped kitchen, everything was terrific. Condo roomy, well furnished with good beds. Recommend it.
