Very bright house with green garden that can accommodate 2 families of 4 people. Upstairs, a child's room in a dormitory of 4 single beds of 90/200, ottomans, Xbox 360 games console and 1 bedroom with double beds of 160/200, 1 bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. On the ground floor there is 1 large bedroom, 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with bath and bidet and washing machine and dryer. Big stay, living room and chimney fire of wood. Equipped kitchen. South facing terrace, large sheltered garden facing south. BBQ, garden furniture. House redone in 2016 on 2 floors.
