Great family getaway

What a wonderful place to get together with our extended family. The pool was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room to have time out if needed. The showers in some of the rooms are not for the curvier body, as very narrow entrances, but there's enough other showers in the house, so not a problem. The jacuzzi was not working for our visit, sadly, but the indoor pool was a bonus. There was plenty to do in the house if the weather was bad, and lots of exploring to be done. It's a 25 minute walk into Mondragon on steeps hills, and we'd recommend having your own transport to get the best of the region. Sylvie, the housekeeper was fabulous, very welcoming, and advised us on the area. We even invited her to join us for dinner one evening. We had a lovely relaxing stay, and would visit again.

Le logement était sale et infesté de punaise de lit ! Nous avons dû quitter les lieux en désinfectant l ensemble des affaires ce qui a coupé nos vacances et surtout un coût exorbitant de désinfection. Abritel est injoignable mais la propriétaire l était et a remboursé le séjour

Annonce non conforme à la réalité.

Nous confirmons les non conformités déjà signalées précédemment. Jacuzzi non utilisable, la propriétaire nous a dit qu'elle devait le retirer des équipements ... Machine à glaçons hors service, la propriétaire nous a affirmé au téléphone, qu'elle était remplacée par un frigo américains. Nous avons trouvé en lieu et place un réfrigérateur congélateur. L'intendante nous avait préparé gentiment des glaçons... Annonce 5 salles de bain ; nous en avons compté 4 + (une douche près de la piscine couverte). Les poignées au dessus de l'échelle de la piscine intérieure sont bringuebalantes voir dangereuses. Nous avons cherché sans les trouver la station UV ainsi que les IPAD (annoncé un par chambre). Deux chambres dans le bas de la maison sont séparées par un rideau ainsi que la salle de bain. La sécurité de la piscine extérieure ne semblait pas fonctionner. Malgré la vétusté de certains équipements la propreté des lieux était remarquable ; merci à l'intendante et à son équipe. Il est dommage que des non conformités signalées à plusieurs reprises ne soient pas corrigées. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un cadre magnifique.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, an der einen oder anderen Stelle muss was gemacht werden. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, Chillen und Genießen. Um auswärts Essen zu gehen benötigt man ein Auto. Whirlpool hat nicht funktioniert. Das Hallenbad und die Sauna sind in der kalten Jahreszeit top! Es sind insgesamt 7 Schlafzimmer.

jacuzzi non réparé depuis plusieurs années; clim en panne dans plusieurs pièces; pluie tombe dans la cuisine; portes frottent au sol; odeur de moisie dans chambres du bas (1 n' a pas de porte); gardienne occupe une aile de la maison (très professionnelle et charmante, belle rencontre); rouille dans les SDB; on s'attend à une maison de luxe et les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur (propriétaire ne répond plus aux mails quand il s'agit de réclamer)

Maison très belle mais ne correspond pas à l annonce

Nous avons été accueilli par Sylvie qui est une très personne extraordinaire Cependant nous avons rencontré des pb électrique multiples déclenchants Le sauna était hs Les deux canapés convertibles du salon avaient plus que vécu Le canapé convertible de l étage était inexploitable hs La machine à glaçons ne devait pas être utilisée !! Par contre la piscine intérieure était merveilleuse C est dommage car la maison a énormément de potentiel

God ferieoplevelse

Super ferieoplevelse, gode værelser, godt køkken, skønt udekøkken og fin pool - gode rammer til en stor familie - dog mangler aircon på tre værelser i underetagen. (vi havde 38-39 grd.) Der er lugtgener på det store værelse på 1. sal. Rengøring af poolen startede fredag aften under vores middag, hvilket var meget upassende/forstyrende. Værtinden (som bor i ejendommen) fastholdt at vi skulle være ude kl. 9, da de skulle gøres rent. I vores information/aftale står der kl. 11.00, hvilket værtinden ikke accepterede. kl. 9 rykkede der 5 damer ind og startede rengøringen. Desværre glemte vi vores datters tøj i en skuffe. Da vi to dage senere kom for at hente det, påstod værtinden, at der ikke havde været noget tøj i nogen skuffer.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour à 4 familles (8 adultes, 9 enfants dont 1 bébé). La piscine et la terrasse sont superbes, le jacuzzi a ravi les grands comme les petits et la piscine intérieure a été bien utile lors des journées plus fraîches. La gardienne nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et s'est toujours montrée très disponible en cas de questions ou de problèmes. A noter: Les 3 chambres du bas sont accessibles via un escalier très étroit difficilement pratiquable pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Points à améliorer: plomberie et électricité.

Amazing villa!

We were a group of 15 - 4 families of adults and older teenagers. We loved it here. The villa is beautiful, it is well furnished, everything you need in the kitchen and the beds are comfortable! The outside space is superb, lovely pool, seating area, sociable round dinner table, plenty of games for kids; play station, ping pong, snooker etc! A beautiful area of France! Lovely little coffee shop in the village and the housekeeper is lovely and extremely helpful! We would definitely recommend this villa!

Niet wat we verwacht hadden....

Hoewel er op de site sprake is van 9 slaapkamers zijn het er in werkelijkheid slechts 7. Wij hebben dit probleem opgelost door in het halletje een matras op de grond te leggen. Soms is er sprake van zogenaamde doorloopkamers. Ook weinig kastruimte in slaapkamers op begane grond; leven vanuit koffer en tassen (campinggevoel). Ledikanten boven zeer wankel en wiebelig; soms kapotte lattenbodems met ontbrekende latten. Kapotte of (slordig) gerepareerde lakens. Verder een uitgekleed geheel: geen closetpapier, vuilnis- of pedaalemmerzakken, afwasmiddel, e.d.; zelf mierenlokdozen en toiletreiniger aangeschaft. Positief: het zwembad was geweldig!!

Group Holiday in Mondragon

we were a big group and took full advantage of the villa. The villa is visually a dream and we enjoyed the top offers such as pool, indoor pool, billiard and so. We had some problems with the electronic fuse but the housekeeping has always helped us quickly. It is a nice place to relax, chill and enjoy your holiday.

Très belle maison et accueil très chaleureux. La maison est très bien située au calme dans un très beau cadre . La région est très belle Nous déplorons toute fois quelques petits soucis électriques et sanitaires récurrents qui ne sont pas forcément en phase avec le coût de la location.
