You know you will be in for a special vacation as soon as you pull up and see the property. You are immediately greeted by its cheerful paint colors, an adorable screened in porch, a private driveway with the grass growing in the middle and yes, a white picket fence. This house screams charming the minute you arrive!

Its charm is carried throughout the house with hardwood floors and real wood walls throughout! The bedrooms feature antique furnishings along with metal bed frames which give you a wonderful bed and breakfast feel. The kitchen has beautiful white cabinets and provides you everything you need for those nights when you want to cook at home. The large back deck has a patio set for the perfect place to relax while family members play games in the back yard.

This house is located at the heart of the downtown action yet secluded enough that you will not be bothered with the noise and traffic. You will enjoy easy access to the beach and boardwalk along with all the fun activities they offer. Many fantastic restaurants/bars are within walking distance or a short car/bus ride away. You will have convenient access to West Ocean City and Assateague Island from this strategic location too!

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 6th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.

This cottage was the perfect blend of comfort and nostalgia — just what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We especially loved spending our mornings and evenings on the front porch, taking in the peaceful view of the bay. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the atmosphere.

A wonderful stay! Location was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. I love waking up next to the ocean and having a cup of coffee seaside. The hosts we accomidating and very helpful with our check in process!!!!

We enjoyed the cottage, it was clean and the location was good. My only regret is that the weather got bad and we were advised to leave so we left on Saturday morning rather than Monday as we booked it for however, they were correct to ask us the leave because of the flooding. I didn’t know if I could had requested a refund? We will most likely book it again but will try to be sure the weather is going yo be better.

Thanks so much for taking a moment to write this review. We're so glad you were happy with the property. Fall is a great time to visit, but with tropical storms being prevalent that time of year, it is something to consider. Most often, Ocean City is spared from the worst of these storms. Being so narrow on that end with the ocean and bay in close proximity, high tide does bring on some flooding on the lower streets. We rely on guests making the best decisions for themselves based on the conditions, their vehicles, etc. Unless the town is telling guests to evacuate, which rarely ever happens, weather issues are not refundable.

Hidden gem right across from bay

This was a perfect little beach cottage-easily walkable but removed from the boardwalk chaos. Loved sitting on the screened porch overlooking the bay. Cute, cozy and comfortable. Thank you.

Best place we've stayed yet as far as location, space, and affordability. Seems the closer you are to downtown, the dirtier and smaller you get. Not this place...Very equipt with all we needed. Quick walk to board walk and beach so we didnt have to stuggle with parking. Owner called to check in with us after our stay to hope we enjoyed it. Overall, pleasureable.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tulip house. It was super clean, beds were so comfortable. Loved the screened in patio and large rear deck. Great location if you don’t mind not being ocean front. You can sit and watch the boats go by all day on the bay.

Ocean 🌊 getaway

My family and I stayed at this beautiful ocean front cottage the views were amazing. Close to the ocean and boardwalk. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the amazing ocean view. There are local stores and restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay host provided almost everything for the stay and was clean and welcoming. The neighbors were friendly great place for families and couples to stay at .

Lovely cottage house!

Loved this adorable cottage house. It had a driveway and a really cute backyard. Great views from the front screened in porch. Short walk to beach & boardwalk. Very clean and very responsive hosts. Can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend!!

Nice beach house

The location is perfect if you want some peace and quiet. Nice beds, well equipped kitchen and front and back decks to enjoy. The house is probably due for a deep cleaning, to get rid of spider webs and "corner dirt".

Clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient!

We found this little gem to be as charming as it looks in the listing! Being just a few blocks from the inlet and the boardwalk was great! We spotted horseshoe crabs at the edge of the bay, right across the street!, enjoyed Springfest and restaurants. The highlight was seeing the wild ponies, including a 3 day old and one month old foal on Assateague Island, which was about a 30 minute drive.
