ALMOST LIKE OCEAN FRONT! 40 ft to the ocean 4 bd/3 bath ocean view beach house sleeps 12 with 4 decks Take a look at the pictures and views! One of the largest decks in the park with the Atlantic Ocean – so close you can feel the breeze.

4 Bedrooms + Bunk bed + Sofa Sleeper and 3 Baths !!! Sleeps 10-12 TV in Living room and also all bedrooms.
This home is in one of the prime locations of the park. It is one of only a few homes that have an incredible back deck just waiting for you and your family to cook out or have your friends over for a great time….all with a view of the ocean. The back lower deck is over 24 feet wide and over 46 feet long. Plenty of room for laying out and relaxing.

Nice kitchen and fully furnished with everything you need if you plan to cook. New table that seats 6.

Comfortable living room furniture, two recliners and TV…sit in the den and watch the waves.

WiFi/Wireless Internet and Cable included

Downstairs is a queen bedroom with access to the back deck and there is a full bathroom also.

Upstairs you will find two queen bedrooms and access to the upper deck with an incredible ocean view. A third bedroom with a full bed with ocean views. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs also.

One of the queen bedrooms has access to a back private deck and an area with bunk beds. Bunk bed area has it own TV.

Outside shower with hot and cold water. Large area under the house…. plenty of room for parking for up to 5 cars.

No smoking. No pets. No house parties. rental is intended for families only must be 25 to rent.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a Rec center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools and new in 2016 is a full size water park, golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, a outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families 25 or older and not a group of young singles**
*This house will sleep a maximum of 10 adults in 5 bedrooms or 10 adults and 4 children including the bunk beds*
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $10.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00 pm
check out time is 10:00 am
departure cleaning is mandatory because not everybody cleans the same and I want everyone to be happy and have a great vacation .

Perfect Location

Beautiful view from the deck of the ocean which is only a 20 second walk from the house along with great weather made our family vacation for the week perfect. The house had everything we needed for our vacation and you can’t beat the price for a place that’s practically on the beach.

Wonderful vacation!

We had 3 couples staying here and we had a great week. The location was fabulous so close to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We could have used some hand towels and dish towels but wasn’t that important. The owner of this property was very responsive when I had questions. Thanks for the opportunity to stay!!!!

Relaxing Retreat

Great memories were made in and around this home on our week's stay! Ease and convenience along with the sounds of the waves and the views of the water all added to be a wonderful experience. A couple small hiccups which were quickly remedied by the homeowners just added to the memories made. With 4 decks, each of us had a private space as well as a huge outdoor deck where we could all gather. Beach access was so close we were able to come back and forth often for snacks, drinks and sunscreen. My family looks forward to coming down again.

Unexpected situation made pleasant by a fabulous host

Hurricane Debbie cut our stay short but I can't say enough great things about the host and the house. The location of the house was perfect for our group ranging from teens that were allowed to walk around and preteens that had to be accompanied by adults. The set up of the house was great. We really enjoyed all the outdoor space with views the decks provided. The host is what made this unexpected short stay something positive. He was so responsive with every little question I had without being frustrated because I had a lot. He then worked with us to make having to leave early a little less painful. We will definitely be staying here and at his other property next door.

Family vacation

This house ruined our family vacation. The owner greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and was sure to tell us he is one of the owners. He then proceeded to look for the golf cart keys that should have been ready on our arrival. The house appeared to not be cleaned. The floors were disgusting, the carpets were stained and gross, the couches were stained brown, the cabinets smelled as though a chemical was sprayed prior to our arrival, the dishes were all greasy ( possibly a chemical) and the shower floors were stained brown. The faucet in the kitchen needs to be replaced and started leaking water during our stay. The owner did get a plumber to look at the sink promptly, but that was just one more additional annoyance we dealt with. We found a total of 4 dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor during our stay. I did reach out to the owner and the response via email was "my father said he would refund you the remainder of the week if you want to leave. Let me know what you want to do" We never received an apology for the condition of the house. I have rented multiple house through VRBO and they have all been immaculate. I have never rented a house that was as disgusting as this house.

Just your normal KAREN with a capitol K all this renter did was complain from the day they got there. 1st it was the A/c don't work great might I ad that it was at 74 degrees cooling fine, then water pressure wasn't stong enough, then wifi was weak, then golf cart was slow, then house was dirty. after 12 emails we asked them since they was so dissatisfied with the house they could leave and give them a refund and of course they said no. all they wanted was a price break from there stay. if house was so bad they could have left and they chose not to. our vbro reviews are 9.4 out of 10 and this is the one bad review. please do your self a favor and decline this renter if she tries to book with you. it's not worth the hassle. yes the golf cart keys was missing when they arrived 2.5 hours early I fixed that issue. yes kitchen sink started leaking yes again we fixed the issue and then on checkout day blueberries all over the carpet and rugs, candy smashed all over the living room floor and yes chocolate stains from them letting there 2 kids do whatever they wanted. had to throw away (4) towels due to the shape they left them in, we have rented for 5 years and has to be the worst renter we have ever had.

The Hilton’s were great people to rent from. They answered any questions immediately. We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 54 to 86 and this place couldn’t have been in a better location for us. The sunrise views from the amazing decks are breathtaking.

Amazing Views

Had another amazing time in Ocean Lakes and this house was in a prime location. Being at the beach you want to sit outside and see the water and this house offered that. There was both a front and huge back deck and both had amazing views of the ocean. Home had everything you would need for cooking meals and loved that the house came with a gas grill. Highly recommend this house - the views alone are worth it!

Steps from the beach!

We had a great week at this beautiful beach house. We spent most of our time while at the house on the large decks. The beach is so close we didn’t need to take much with us, if we needed anything we could walk back to the house in a couple minutes.
