Inside, you’ve got two comfy bedrooms: a king-size master with a jack-n-jill bathroom, and a queen guest room for your bestie, partner, or travel buddy. The open-concept kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for morning coffee or mimosas, and a dining area that seats four. New quartz countertops make this kitchen feel luxurious. Kick back in the cozy living room with a NEW (11/2025) sofa and an extra half-bath—perfect for when you're hosting friends.



Outside is where the fun really happens: hang under the Tiki Hut with canal views, fire up the grill, and enjoy dinner al fresco. Boaters, you're in luck—there’s a 30’ dock waiting for your ride (just double-check the size rules so everything fits smoothly and easily).

The property and location was amazing. Would definitely recommend this home to others. The tiki hut was excellent for shade and relaxing while watching manatees and fish in the canal. Nice neighborhood and the home itself was super cozy and plenty of space!

House was great. Perfect location and nice layout, kitchen, and living area. We especially enjoyed the tiki hut out back. Only negative is the master bedroom didn’t have much closet or dresser space.

Before the holidays get away

The property is in a great location relative to the cabana club and restaurants. 4th is quiet and doesn’t get a lot of traffic. The condo was great with a very nice outside space. Everything was cleaned very well. The kitchen is well stocked and a grill is an added bonus. We hope to be back soon

We enjoyed our stay at shore thing house, really nice view at the back yard, enjoyed watching the pelicans. The house was equipped. With all needed to make meals and be comfortable. Located so close to everything, really nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We hope to return.

Beautiful Breezy hideaway

Beautiful little house that had everything we needed. Great place for our boat, on a canal, with easy access to the atlantic and gulf. We could fish in the canal, a great tiki hut with table and chairs and grill. We sat at this almost every night and had a private dinner on the water.

Beautiful fishing getaway

Property was beautiful with plenty of room both inside and out! Boat docking right outside with wide channel and 4 minutes, by boat, to Atlantic! Marina and ramp great service! Hope to see you again soon!

Key Colony is a great place to stay and the Shore Thing property was great. Access to the Cabana Club was perfect! The property was very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy! I would only suggest an upgrade to the couch in the living area. Very uncomfortable. Other than that it was great! Thank you!!
