Your vacation is waiting for you. Your vacation home has been remodeled and updated in 2019.

The house features 2 master suites, both with walk in showers and 1 with large garden spa with a separate shower with body sprays and a rain shower head. There is also a 2 vessel sinks in the large bathroom and in both suites there are walk in closets. Both master suites feature king beds and the other three bedrooms have queen beds, there are also 2 additional queen blow up beds if needed. There are 4 - 55" inch ROKU TV's located throughout the house with cable and 5g internet included, HBO and Showtime come with the cable on every TV.

The dining room is huge with two adjustable tables that allow for 16 guests to dine there are also 3 bar stools to sit on the outside of the kitchen just inside the dining room.

There is a large dock to fish from and a large floating dock to launch the 4 kayaks and
2 paddle boards provided in the rental price, if you bring your boat there is a place to tie it off in the water or contact us to discuss renting the boat lift with a roof.

Take a swim in the huge deep saltwater pool that has a swim up margarita table where you can sit and stay cool, saltwater is much better and less irritating to your eyes skin and hair. There is also an outdoor grill to use, play a game of corn hole while you are waiting on your food to cook.. While you are outside you might see dolphins or manatees swimming up and down the canal.

THE SALTWATER POOL IS HEATED FOR FREE FROM 11/01 THROUGH 04/01.

We live one street over and are available if you have any special requests. Just let us know.

Once you're done with the outside pool come inside for a game of pool in the billiards room, Foosball , play board games or poker on the professional poker table in the game room.

There is a garage however this is not included in the rental there is a locked door between the house and garage.

We have a ring at the front door and two camera's in the back overlooking our dock and boat for safety - there are absolutely NO cameras inside or facing the inside of the homes.

Jet Ski's and boats available for rent near by you can take them right to the house and use them for the day. Call Tampa Bay Jet Ski rental at 813-294-7163

The two closest beaches are Cypress Beach and Ben T Davis beach which are about 2 miles away.

We are located within 2 miles of a public golf course along with a huge park and about 7 minutes away from Tampa International airport and International Plaza, and close to all the fun Tampa has to offer. Downtown Tampa and Downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, The Florida Aquarium, Tarpon Springs, Dali Museum. We also have a great location for sports fans, Amalie Arena(lightning) and Raymond James Stadium (Bucs) are with in 10 minutes and Tropicana Field (Rays) is about 20 minutes. Also the theme parks in Orlando are about 70 miles with easy freeway access right by the house making it very easy for a day trip to Disney, Sea World and all the other parks they have there in Orlando.
