This 21 acre property has a beautiful, southern exposure, overlooking the Absarokee mountain range, just 15 miles to the Yellowstone river, 55 miles. to Yellowstone Nat'l Park and 21 miles to Bozeman and Livingston.
The acreage is fenced with a year round stream. There is a 12x24 shelter in the pasture. There is an indoor arena accessible to guests in inclement weather.
The large apartment has an open floor plan ,vaulted, beamed ceiling,with separate bedroom,bath and walk-in closet. An additional room with sink and lavatory can be used for lounging, or storage for gear.
There is also a log deck to relax and view the mountains and the many deer, elk and if your are lucky, the cow moose that occasionally comes by . We also have a camp/corral area used for outdoor cooking or just relaxing by the fire. There are many trails close by for hiking, biking and riding, Many within walking distance.
Please make note that the bedroom photo shows a double bed. A queen bed will be provide at time of rental.
Only two horses are allowed. There is an additional fee of $20 for the second horse per night.

This property is unique not only because of its location; close to the river, National park and to trails. Horse people have the advantage of having their horses close by and hands on. The views are spectacular in a quiet, peaceful setting.
