m2 on the 2nd floor overlooking the lagoon and tropical garden in front of the
marina of St François including:
- 1 air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with a large double bed
net.
1 air conditioned lounge with a sofa bed 2 places and
mosquito net, desk and TV + DVD + DVD player, comics, books
2 bunk beds in the entrance.
1 bathroom shower bath with toilet.
1 kitchen (dishwasher, hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer)

Appartement tres confortable (bien équipé, climatisation...) une vue magnifique et dégagée sur La Marina de Saint François. Tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate à pied. La piscine de la residence est un plus pour une dernière baignade une fois la nuit tombée. Merci à Olivier pour son accueil.

Une vue et une situation exceptionnelle

Le logement est idéalement situé au calme et pourtant à 2 pas de la Marina. Il est confortable, récent et bien équipé. La vue y est exceptionnelle. La plage est à proximité la piscine est un plus.

Aux premières loges pour l arrivée minitransat 2023

Parfait, bien situé et esuipé pour 2 semaines, vue sur l avant port, proximité de la marina mais pas trop, on n entend pas les festivités de la marina/ bonne base pour explorer cette partie de l île, Basse Terre accessible en partant très très tôt

Parfait logement

Très bon logement calme, terrasse au top au frais en angle, piscine sympa et très peu de monde à cette période. Beaucoup de sargasses malheureusement sur cette partie de l'île.

Idéalement situé à Saint François. Nous avons pu nous déplacer très facilement. L'appartement est bien meublé et équipé, très bien entretenu. La vue est parfaite. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Dans une résidence privée avec petite piscine très bien si vous aime être en ville, bien que très calme lors de nos 5 nuits.

Foooormidable sauf la remise des clés à la fin du séjour

Résidence sur la marina mais suffisamment à l’écart pour ne pas avoir les nuisances des restaurants et autres. Très belle vue sur la mer Petite surprise cependant au moment du départ ... : une mégére en furie scandant à qui voulait bien l’entendre que nous avions laissé son appartement dans un état dégueulasse. 1 - j’avais pris l’option Menage 2- nous n’avons pas une seule fois en 15 jours pris nos repas sur place 3 - quelques grains de sables sur le sol ...en effet A 1400€ la quinzaine ... Vraiment très très désagréable Je n’y retournerai pas pour cette raison là Peut être ont ils trop de clients ? Monsieur est très sympa par contre.

Appartement idéal avec vue sur l'entrée de la Marina

Nous avons passé 4 jours en amoureux dans ce très joli appartement, situé sur la Marina de Saint- Francois. Depuis la loggia cuisine, une magnifique vue sur la mer et les bateaux de retour à la Marina. Le soleil du matin accompagnera votre petit déjeuner. La climatisation facilitera votre sommeil et la piscine de la résidence votre détente en fin de journée. Située sur la Marina, l'accès aux commerces est immédiat, comme de nombreux restaurants. Olivier a été très agréable et à l'écoute. Il nous a prêté gentiment masques et tubas. Propreté impeccable, logement bien équipé et agréable. Bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement très agréable conforme à la description,très bien situé avec une vue magnifique. juste le problème de coupures d'eau (complètement indépendant du loueur) Pb qui semble important à St François, (commentaires de passants entendus dans la rue), en passe d’être résolu ? si oui , n’hésitez pas ! nous y retournerons volontiers

Parfait!

Le logement est très bien situé dans une résidence calme et très proche de la Marina. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Il est conforme à la description de l'annonce. État de propreté et équipements parfaits. Le seul inconvénient réside dans les nombreuses coupures d'eau du réseau à Saint François mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien et a prévu des réserves de bouteilles d'eau pour pallier ce problème.

L’appartement est superbe, idéalement situé près de la marina de St François. La vue est à couper le souffle ( la chance d’être au 2e étage) !!! Bien équipé, lit confortable, nous avons très apprécié la terrasse. Merci pour cet agréable séjour !

Parfait!

L'appartement d'Olivier est très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable. Suite à un problème de lave vaisselle, Olivier a été très réactif et l'a fait remplacé immédiatement. Le stationnement est facile. S'il n'y a pas de place dans la rue, il y en a au parking du golf.Seul bémol mais Olivier n'y est pour rien : à cette periode, la plage la plus proche etait envahie de sargasses mais d'autres plages accessibles à pied avec beaucoup moins de sargasses
