Adorable 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 9th floor of the Phoenix All Suites.

·         Living area has flat screen television, stereo system, and queen sofa sleeper

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances

·         Table in the dining area seats four and the kitchen bar seats two

·         Child size bunks in the hallway

·         King size bed on carpet in the master bedroom

·         Master bathroom has shower and tub combination

·         Gorgeous gulf front view from balcony


One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We were on the ninth floor, which gave us an amazing view. We were running the half marathon and all we had to do was go out our door to get to the start and finish line. It was very convenient and very comfortable.

Overnight Stay

When I got to check in the put us in the wrong room. Later moved us to the correct room. Other than this mix up employees were very friendly, rooms were clean, and the location was perfect!

Good overall

Overall not a bad stay! Having more than one vehicle was an issue though. Six people don’t fit comfortably in one car and we were only allowed one vehicle.
