Minutes from all the best restaurants; both casual and fine dining. Great marinas, movie theater, Founders Park and 2 large grocery stores are all minutes away.

Unit has a comfortable screened balcony overlooking the lagoon with ocean views that are perfect for your morning coffee or a sunset drink. Assigned covered parking spot is very convenient.
