Aquamarine at Waterdance with indoor & outdoor pool - Sleeps 26

Waterdance Bear Lake is located in the center of Garden City, Utah. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool/spa with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool access open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to trails leading to mountains.

The Aquamarine unit is the south unit in the triplex. It is fully furnished and sleeps 26 in a 3330 square foot unit. The entire home can be rented together for a discount on the cleaning fee and nightly rate. It is attached to the Blue Topaz unit off of the main floor kitchens through two doors. All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware. They are stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and so tastefully done. Norm (owner) was good to work with and although we had a few hiccups, he made things right. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Family Fun

Great place right in Garden City. You can walk to LaBeau’s!!! Beautiful pool on the premises and other amenities opening soon. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lawn area. Our house was well planned with comfortable beds, giant refrigerator, lots of common space, and plenty of parking. We didn’t know it was part of a triplex type arrangement but that didn’t much affect us. Norm, the manager was on the premises and was very helpful as was Adam online.
