Fantastic location

Arden's place was just what we needed! We were located close to our son and we got to experience the restaurants and coffee shops of Capitol Hill. We had a wonderful weekend.

Capitol Hill Loft

Compact, well thought-out loft with secure parking. Two comfortable seating areas with sofa. Complete kitchen well-provisioned. Small gas grill on the balcony clean and easy to use. Comfortable bed in upstairs loft requires ascending a staircase, so not suitable for those with mobility concerns. Excellent communication & smooth check-in supporting our late-night arrival. Kind host. Will stay again.

Arden is a fantastic host. She is responsive and accommodating. The property is located in the Capitol hill area, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We walked everywhere, including to downtown. The condo is clean, modern, and sunny. I highly recommend it.

An amazing home-base for our Seattle trip!

We really loved our stay in Arden's place, which was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Having this spot to return to after a long day of exploring different parts of the city made our stay that much more enjoyable. Furthermore, Arden was a great and communicative host and very flexible. It was a pleasure, overall!

Arden was great throughout our booking, stay and check out. Place was nice, good location, great to have off street parking in secure building. The sleeping loft is good for adults with no physical limitations. Would stay again, thanks Arden!!

The condo was a nice place to stay and so convenient for our needs. Arden met us and showed us around which was great in case we had any questions. There was parking for us under the building in a secured area so we didn't have to fight street parking which was wonderful.

Great condo in great location!

This was an awesome experience and Arden was an amazing host. Just a short walk from downtown Seattle. The condo was just perfect for what we were looking for on our stay. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Capitol Hill getaway

We loved Arden's condo and can't wait to return! Clean, very comfortable and in the great Capitol Hill neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Arden was great to deal with.

Fantastic apartment!

This apartment is attractive and comfortable, wonderfully located, and ideal for exploring Seattle. The host gave great restaurant recommendations in the area. The balcony for morning coffee was just lovely, as well as the gas fireplace and very cozy living space. There is a bus line right across the street for exploring, and much to do and see in walking distance. Capitol Hill is a vibrant and fun area, and the apartment is on a quiet, tree-laden street. Highly recommend!

Great location and great space. Gives you a different experience than staying downtown but close enough to still travel downtown. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend.

Handy to transport

Very comfortable and everything needed for our 2 weeks in Seattle - bus to downtown and other sights very close - only problem for my wife was getting up and down to the very comfy bed 🛌 in the loft.

The space is bright and clean with a bit of an industrial edge.
My neighborhood is safe and close to all the things I love in Seattle. Fun spots to walk to: Macrina Bakery, Fuel ☕️, Rione XIII 🍕 The Skillet 🍔, Victrola, Harry’s Bar 🍸
If you don’t want to walk far, a bus stop is across the street to take you downtown, Pioneer Square, or Seattle Center (space needle.)

What makes this property unique

A beautiful place to relax. Lovely furnishings and a fab bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and the loft bedroom is cozy:) Close to everything fun in Seattle!
