New, gorgeous 3 bedroom/3 bathroom golf and beach villa fully furnished with a hot tub on the 2nd-floor terrace, private pool and gardens, BBQ grill and off-street parking located between La Romana & San Pedro de Macorís where you can find groceries stores, banks, and ATMs as well as hospitals and pharmacies.

On the 1st floor, the villa has 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. For your convenience, there is unlimited WIFI and 2 televisions with over 140+ channels in both English and Spanish.

The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The terrace off of the master bedroom is very spacious and has a large hot tub. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony perfect for getting some fresh air as you start the day.

Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find our pool (and pool floats), a BBQ grill, 2 lounge chairs, and other seating.

NOTE: Our electric, 4 passenger golf cart is available for you to rent on a per day basis. The cost is $50.00 (USD) per day. This is a great way to get around in the complex when the weather is just a little too hot to walk around!

The perfect rental

Relaxing Getaway

My friend and I spent a week. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart if you don’t have a car. The villa is beautiful and the pool is spectacular. It’s a lovely, tropical location with loads of privacy. The beach club pool was amazing and the beach was very nice. I would definitely recommend the location.

Aside from having access to one of the most prestigious golf courses in the Caribbean with a country club styled clubhouse and pro shop and to the Beach Club & Restaurant, there are 2 resorts - Luxury Bahia Principe Bouganville (luxury, adults only resort with 2 pools, 6 restaurants, 3 bars and a spa) and the Grand Bahia Principe La Romana (family resort with 1 pool, 5 restaurants, 3 bars and a spa) – inside Playa Nueva Romana which you’ll have access to if you purchase a “Day Pass” at the front desk of either of the resorts.

What makes this property unique

Although everything is within a 15-20 minute walking distance of our home, our electric, 6 passenger golf cart is available for you to rent on a per day basis. The cost is $35.00 (USD) per day and if rented, it must be for the entirety of your stay at our home. This is a great way to get around in the complex when the weather is just a little too hot to walk around!
