This beautiful Catalan style villa of 150 m2 is situated in Ametlla de Mar in the residential area of ​​Calafat, 5 minutes walk from the beaches.
Perched on a rocky promontory, it offers stunning views of the sea and its rocky coasts.
This villa sleeps 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms, all with sea view: upstairs you have a bedroom with bathroom and terrace Solarium (25 m 2). On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed with wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed with wardrobe, 1 bathroom with wc, A room of water and an independent toilet.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped. A comfortable lounge with armchairs, sofas, fireplace and large screen TV with TNT and an independent dining room.

Really clean and very well equipped. Great aircon in all the bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool with 8 sunbeds, Room for 8 to eat outside (shaded area) or inside. Outdoor charcoal bbq or gas plancha (which we used all the time). Pétanque area with balls etc- loads of fun for all ages. Safe area with parking inside the perimeter fence. Big enough for our big 9 seater van. 180 degree sea view from I think every room. Loads of nearby beaches. Absolutely perfect.

Junio 2026 Esta ha sido mi PEOR experiencia con este tipo de alquileres con Vrbo. Hemos alquilado otras casa por la zona y siempre muy bien. En plena ola de calor en España nos encontramos con 3 de los 4 aires acondicionados estropeados al llegar. Los aires acondicionados estan en las habitaciones, en el comedor y zonas comunes no tiene aire, hay un ventilador. Por lo que con solo un aa en un cuarto, era imposible refrescar la casa. La casa no se comprobo previamente o lo sabian y se callaron para no perder la reserva. La casa no dispone de mosquiteras en las ventanas, por lo que si las abres para que corra el aire se llena de mosca y mosquitos.La campana extractora de de la cocina tampoco funcionaba. Llegamos un sabado y su solucion para el tema de los aires acondicionados fue que el martes se pasara un tecnico a mirar que pasaba. Era imposible estar en esa casa con ese calor. El Domingo a primera hora tuvimos que irnos. Insoportable aguantar ese calor.La propietaria sabia que viajabamos con un bebe porque le pregunte por la cuna. La casa es bonita pero se le nota que no se le ha hecho el mantenimiento adecuado, ni se revisa nada. En la zona de piscina nos encontramos un solo parasol roto para una casa que se alquila para 10 personas. Hemos perdido nuestra semana de vacaciones y encima me cobraron la terrible noche que pasamos allí sin poder dormir por el calor. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Pierdes tus vacaciones que llevas tantos meses esperando.

Bonjour, Nous prenons acte de votre avis et sommes navrés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous tenons toutefois à apporter plusieurs précisions factuelles : 1. Climatisation et équipements de l'annonce : Comme cela est clairement stipulé dans notre annonce, la climatisation est installée dans les chambres et n'a pas vocation à rafraîchir l'intégralité de la maison (la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon n'étant pas climatisés comme précisé). Lors de votre arrivée, 2 unités sur 4 étaient en panne (et non 3). Chaque chambre est également équipée d'un ventilateur de plafond. Nous n'étions absolument pas informés de ce problème, aucun dysfonctionnement n'ayant été signalé par les locataires précédents. Pour régler la situation de manière pérenne, nous avons immédiatement remplacé l'ensemble de l'installation par 4 climatiseurs neufs, 2. Délais d'intervention : Votre arrivée ayant eu lieu un samedi et le lundi étant férié, nous avons fait le maximum pour planifier l'intervention d'un technicien dès le mardi matin, premier jour ouvrable possible. 3. Moustiques et fenêtres : Nous séjournons nous-mêmes dans cette villa l'été depuis plus de 10 ans, nous n’avons jamais été victimes de horde de moustiques ou mouches et aucun locataire ne nous a jamais signalé de nuisance particulière concernant les insectes. La proximité immédiate de la mer et la brise marine évitent toute invasion de mouches ou de moustiques. 4. Parasols et équipements : En plus du parasol extérieur, 2 parasols supplémentaires en très bon état étaient rangés et à votre disposition dans le cabanon de jardin. Nous avons également fait le nécessaire concernant la hotte de la cuisine. Nous regrettons sincèrement que ce concours de circonstances ait gâché vos vacances, mais nous avons mis tous les moyens en action pour réagir rapidement au vu du week-end prolongé et apporter des solutions. Cette année a été particulièrement difficile compte tenu de la canicule généralisée dans de nombreux pays. Le technicien qui est intervenu nous a fait état des nombreux appels reçus concernant les pannes de climatisations fortement sollicitées vu les conditions climatiques. Cordialement,

Accueil parfait, villa splendide et 100% conforme!!!

Magnifique séjour au sein de la villa !!! Tout etait parfait. La villa est dotée d'un trés bon équipement, une piscine fort agréable,un vu sur mer remarquable . Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable dans un milieu très calme.Merci à Maria et évidemment à Mme Clotilde !!!

Très bel emplacement

la maison bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur la mer. Malgré un défaut d'entretien, nous avons passé un séjour agréable, heureusement la propriétaire répond aux demandes.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist perfekt. Schade ist einzig, dass man nicht direkt ans Meer kann sondern gut einen Kilometer bis zum Strand gehen muss. Die Abgeschiedenheit, d.h. lange Wege zu Restaurants oder zum einkaufen sorgt auf der anderen Seite für himmlische Ruhe.

Very nice villa in great location

The villa has a seafront, with very nice surroundings. It was very well equipped. Everything in the house worked as expected and the owner was very responsive when we had to address one small issue which was not properly addressed during the local check-in. We would love to come back and can only highly recommend it!

Magnifique villa en surplomb de la mer

Les photos étaient prometteuses, la réalité l’a confirmé. Superbe vue, belle piscine, villa spacieuse. Vraiment un super séjour. Seul mini regret : qu’il n’y ait pas de petit sentier pour rejoindre la plage pourtant à un jet de pierre.

Vue superbe!! Et villa très agréable.

De belles chambres, dont une avec terrasse vue sur mer, une terrasse pour manger vue sur la mer. Une jolie piscine. Très belle villa avec de belles prestations et une belle situation. Manque un peu d'animation du port Calafat.

Excelente ubicación y tranquilidad

Alojamiento en primera línea de mar, ideal para desconectar dada tranquilidad. El exterior está equipado con hamacas, sillas , mesas. La zona de piscina muy bien cuidada. En cuanto al interior, sencillo pero cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una excelentes vacaciones. Destacaría la comodidad de los colchones. Toda la vivienda cuenta con AA y ventiladores. La persona que nos atendió (Maribel) por cuenta de la propiedad fue muy amable y atenta. Muy recomendable. En la zona se encuentran calas muy tranquilas y de aguas cristalinas .Repetiremos sin duda!!
