OK if you have a suitable car
We ended up leaving early because the house has a very demanding road leading to the property. It has a very steep descent/ascent and some unpaved sections through hills. We were concerned that the car would not cope with the difficult conditions and decieded to leave early should any damage occur to the rental car. Other than that, the house is accuratley listed and is set in a beautiful location. The pool is fantastic. The kitchen is basic and some of appliances are old and need updating. The local area is not particularly interesting IMO.
Had I been warned about the difficulty reaching the property I would not have booked in the first place.I feel that this is a critical omission in the propertly listing. Despite complaining, I was not refunded despite only staying briefly at the property.
It should be noted that this property is managed by a third party who deal with enquiries about the property and act as a intermediatry between you and the owner. When we actually met the owners, they did not speak English.
