Just as pictured. Host very responsive as we needed a few staples such as salt and pepper and it was delivered immediately. Great privacy for two couples as my husband’s brother and wife stayed with us. Two suites. We will be back!

Family Christmas Trip

Great place. Super location

We were a group of ladies looking for a good location for old Scottsdale. The house was really clean, well maintained and really well located. It had two parking spots which was useful. We didn’t really cook much but the house seemed well equipped with essentials. Scottsdale was lovely and we had a great time in the house. Really appreciated the patio too since the weather was not too hot yet.

Clean, Quiet

Like how close it was to the Scottsdale Fashion square, along with Old Town and the Scottsdale Center for the Arts. Very well priced, two nice bedrooms, lots of privacy.

Place was perfect, very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were huge. Had a nice area in back with outdoor table and chairs. 2 spaces for parking was perfect. Lovely space!

Nice place in Scottsdale

Neighborhood felt safe to walk around at night. Grocery store less than 5 minute walk. Old Town is 10-15 minute walk.

Short New Years Stay

We stayed in this Townhouse over the New Years weekend. We picked this place because it had 2 Master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and King size bed. The townhouse was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay. I would add that the only negative was the coffee pot situation (one pot didn't work and the other was really slow). The location is ideal if you are looking to stay near Old Town Scottsdale. We walked just about everywhere and there is a grocery store a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely consider this place again if we stay in the area.

Not the best area

We drove by the property the day before check-in and realized it isn't in the nicest area. It is close to Old Town but the apartment complex is a bit old & a little sketchy (there were barking dogs chained up outside some units). We decided not to stay and booked ourselves into a hotel. Tried to get partial refund from the property owner but was told no. Definitely do a drive by before booking & paying up front.

Great location for a getaway

This house had everything we needed and was very comfortable to stay in. My friend and I were on a “Momcation” so we wanted to be able to do a lot of TV watching, leisurely shopping, eat good food, and go to the spas. This location was close to so many things. We could walk to Sprouts and to Merci, a great French cafe. The other things we wanted to do were short Uber/Lyft rides away. The beds were super comfortable so were the sofas. We had access to wifi and could watch Netflix, Roku, Prime, etc. The only (very slight) issue was that we couldn’t locate additional towels for the bathroom. I eventually found them in the dryer, but needed to rewash them. I think this was just a small oversight. The kitchen sink was also not then cleanest neither were the dishes in the cupboard, but some soap and rinses took care of it. Nothing that would deter me from staying again. I would recommend this place and would stay again. The only potential consideration is that the steps are a touch steep. My friend and I were fine with this. We don’t have any mobility issues. However, I know some people with knee or ankle issues may have felt differently.

Giants spring training

Town house was excellently situated for a 15 minute walk to the Giants ball park and similar to Old Town or the large shopping mall. Roku for the TV had limitations but that is not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience.

Everything you need!

This is a great condo. So clean and well stocked. All paper products, cooking utensils some spices, coffee too!!! The beds are super comfortable. Short walk to Old Town

Outstanding, clean, well furnished condo

The best way to describe this rental was , its was just like we were at home. Everything we needed was there. It's a perfect unit for 2 couples. Plenty of privacy upstairs with a large gathering place downstairs. The outdoor patio was perfect for dinners and morning coffee. We were also impressed by the cleanliness. Everything that was there was clean and new. I have been to other VRBO's that looked like many of the utensils and appliances were second hand, not here. The location was perfect. A nice safe walk to Old Scottsdale. Grocery and other shopping 2 black away. Thanks for making our first visit to Scottsdale perfect!!
