A maximum 4-minute walk to the nearest beach. New building with elevator, Panoramic pool with facilities. 24 Hour security. Private covered parking for 1 car. WiFii available in the Department. This place was great

Very clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. The area is very quiet and is in easy waking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Seeking exercise, we walked around to the Paradise mall and took the water taxi back. Super cool. Very secure and quiet. We really enjoyed bird watching from the upper deck and when we used the pool, we were the only ones there. Communication with the owner was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding experience!

Paola was excellent at communicating and getting back right away. The doorman helped us out so much! Got us a very nice taxicab driver for the airport. Place was absolutely fabulous! Love to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. The garden terrace was spectacular as well as the other balcony area. The location is perfect. So close to walk to restaurants taxis and buses. Thank you so much!

Nuevo marina condo

We stayed at Paola’s condo early February 2020. The condo is exactly as listed, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The community grill is charcoal or briquet not propane. The area is great, walking distant to the beach and has about 9 restaurants. We didn’t get to try them all but the ones we did were very good. It’s also easy to take a bus or collectivo to Bucerias or PV.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, comfortable bed, nice rainfall shower, quiet at night. The beach is a short 2 block walk. Nice view of the marina and the pool is wonderful.

We enjoyed out stay at Paola’s condo in the marina area. It is close to restaurants, bars and the beach and is in a very quiet area. We look forward to returning. Paola was an excellent host.
