ABOUT THE SPACE

Cinematic Splash is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath pool cabin across three levels, sleeping 8 across 4 beds. Every floor gives the group a reason to gather.

Main Level: Living, Kitchen & King Suite
The open living area is home base between adventures — claim the oversized rocker recliner, pile onto the queen sleeper sofa, or warm up by the electric fireplace. A 65` Roku TV with Xfinity cable is there for the in-between moments. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 6 plus 3 counter stools. On clear evenings, carry plates out to the patio table and fire up the gas grill. The main-level king suite is your private retreat: king bed, jetted tub, your own 55` 4K Roku TV, and an electronic heated bidet.

Second Floor: Theater, Karaoke & Game Room
Six theater-style chairs and a queen sleeper sofa face a massive 10` projector screen — imagine playing Xbox Series X on a screen ten feet across. Xfinity cable and Roku streaming are both here too. When you`re ready to switch gears, take the mic on the IKARAO Break X2 karaoke machine or hit the arcade: the 60-game Multicade cabinet keeps it classic with Pac-Man, Frogger, Galaga, and more while three more arcade cabinets bring their own mix of favorites. A half bath sits just off the theater room.

This floor`s king suite offers another jetted tub and 55` 4K Roku TV — but the showstopper is overhead: a custom hand-painted ceiling recreating the winter constellations of the northern hemisphere in luminescent paint. Lights off, lie back, and watch the stars come out above your bed.

Lower Level: Your Private Heated Saltwater Pool
A 6` x 13`, 4`-deep indoor heated saltwater pool awaits — gentler on skin and eyes than chlorine, which kids especially notice after hours of splashing. Float while a movie plays on the 10` projector screen, or soak in the outdoor hot tub just off the pool room. A seating area and half bath round out this level.

Guests also get seasonal access (Memorial Day–Labor Day) to the Blackberry Ridge Resort outdoor pool.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full private access to all three levels of the cabin — pool level up through the theater and karaoke room. Nothing is shared with other guests. Check-in is contactless via smart lock with a private code sent before arrival, so you can come and go on your own schedule after 4:00 PM. Free private parking is on-site. Erin and Ken, 8-year Superhosts with a 100% response rate, are not on-site but are always a text or call away.

GROCERY DELIVERY

We`re delighted to offer a convenient solution to our guests by partnering with a local company that provides pre-arrival grocery delivery for a small fee. Have your groceries delivered directly to the cabin on your day of arrival — they`ll be unpacked and placed in the refrigerator or on the counter for you. It`s one less errand between you and your vacation.

PARKING

Free parking is available directly on the property with room for multiple vehicles — no permits or street parking to navigate. The driveway sits close to the entrance for easy unloading. As with most mountain cabin communities, the approach includes hills and curves typical of the area, so a standard-clearance vehicle is recommended, especially in winter.

HOUSE RULES

A few friendly guidelines for a relaxing stay:

- Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 11:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Children must always be supervised by an adult in the Pool Room
- Guests must accept the Rental Agreement and sign the Digital Rental Agreement sent upon booking
- Minimum age of the primary renter is 25
- Please review the cancellation policy before booking; travel insurance is recommended
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed throughout
